Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns tonight with its third episode, "Uprising". GHOST RIDER’S THIRST FOR VENGEANCE WILL DESTROY THE TEAM, ON ABC’S ‘MARVEL’S AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.’

“Lockup” – As Robbie Reyes struggles to control The Ghost Rider, S.H.I.E.L.D. infiltrates a high-security prison to unravel the secrets that haunt them all, on “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” TUESDAY, OCTOBER 25 (10:00-11:00 p.m. EDT), on the ABC Television Network.

”Lockup” was written by Nora Zuckerman & Lilla Zuckerman and directed by Kate Woods.

Gabriel Luna also elaborated on his relationship with the spirit possessing him in an interview with Screen Rant, saying that it's Robbie's relationship with his brother Gabe that allows him to maintain some form of control over the Rider. “It’s something that was thrust upon him so he didn’t etch that code into his thing, it’s now just a bargain, it’s his deal that he made and there are things I submit in terms of my own humanity but then there’s the threat – the love for Gabe that actually keeps it and maintains a connection and actually gives Robbie this great power over the monster.”

Details about the spirit possessing Robbie are still unknown; is it his serial killer Uncle Eli like the comics, or  will the show take a different route and make it a Spirit of Vengeance? Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns tonight at 10PM on ABC.
