FALCON & WINTER SOLDIER Star Erin Kellyman Teases GREEN KNIGHT Role; Talks Love For Playing Mysterious Parts

During our recent chat with TFATWS's Erin Kellyman, she briefly touched on her role in David Lowery's upcoming epic medieval fantasy drama The Green Knight and revealed what draws her to mysterious parts.

As we await the epic series finale of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, let's revisit our sit-down interview with breakout star Erin Kellyman, as we took a few minutes to chat about her appearance in David Lowery's upcoming epic medieval fantasy drama The Green Knight, which stars Dev Patel in the lead role.

With the film due out in theaters this July 30th, Kellyman wasn't allowed to say too much, but she did graciously share a few details about her character, "Winfred," who she describes as someone that's quite mysterious in nature.

"Oh, it was so long since I filmed it. My character, in that, is very mysterious and kind of hard to figure out honestly. I’m not in it for that long, but when I’d read the script, luckily, we had time to go over it and so I could fully understand her. But, yeah, I feel like there’s going to be a lot of theories about her."

Adding "Winfred" to her resume along with her starring roles as Enfys Nest in Solo: A Star Wars Story and Karli Morgenthau in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, it seems as though the talented and versatile 22-year-old has quite a knack for choosing the most mysterious parts.

"I think I am drawn to characters like that. It’s no fun playing a one-dimensional character, I like playing people that have a lot of layers to them, there’s something to question about them. If they were everything they appeared to be, I think it’d be pretty boring."
