We're all still reeling from the sheer amount of news that dropped last night during Disney's Investors Day, but one significant reveal that slipped through the cracks was our first look at some official footage from Hawkeye.

As you'll see in the video below, Kevin Feige confirmed Hailee Steinfeld's casting (though multiple set photos beat him to it!) with a brief sizzle reel featuring a glimpse of the Bumblebee star taking aim as Kate Bishop. We also get a quick look at Jeremy Renner as the returning Clint Barton.

In addition, both actors took to Twitter to share new behind-the-scenes photos of their respective archers. We've seen plenty of snaps of the pair already, of course, but it's cool to finally get some officially released shots.

Hawkeye has been confirmed to premiere on Disney+ next fall. The show will also feature Vera Farmiga, Fra Fee, Tony Dalton, and Zahn McClarnon. Florence Pugh will return as her Black Widow character, Yelena Belova.

So... Will this be a limited series or a legit series with multiple seasons?

@PantherKing - I can't imagine all these series will get multiple series, but hey, more Marvel isn't a bad thing

@KWilly - I wonder what Event Series even means. I can see them doing multiple seasons, but on the other hand these shows are already the length of a movie trilogy

@bkmeijer - Event series probably means one and done just like comic events

@PantherKing - yeah I guess that makes sense. Its pretty much Disney's version of limited series then

@KWilly - I feel like some (WandaVision, Armor Wars, Secret Invasion) are definitely minis. But others (F&WS, Hawkeye, Ms. Marvel, Moon Knight, She-Hulk and Ironheart) all have potential to be on-going.

@KWilly - wasn’t one of the shows (maybe Loki?) already confirmed to get a second season? Maybe I’m misremembering..

I think it’ll really depend on the show whether it gets multiple seasons or not.

For example, WandaVision seems so tied to its unique premise that I can’t imagine it getting more than 1 season. When the whole pocket reality/ mental breakdown thing gets resolved, where would Season 2 go from there?

Things like Moon Knight, Hawkeye, Ms. Marvel, etc. definitely seem like they could go for more than 1 season though.

Even after all the announcements (maybe too many I'm getting lost in them) this is still pretty high on my list.

I'm just surprised this and Ms. Marvel are also coming in 2021. That means we're getting six Marvel shows next year. I get they want to give us new Marvel/Star Wars content every week, but at this rate I'm not getting the time to even look forward to most of the shows.
