Still, S1 revolved too much on him and his obsession with her, literally stealing the scene.

I was hoping they developed JJ more, but looks like they found out what pretty much held up S1: Killgrave.

Pretty much what i am hoping for, get the audience to the stage where they are not sure if he is alive or not - and have Jessica the same with her deteriorating mental state.

@storyteller - That'd be perfect. Plus I always hated that he got killed off so soon. I wish he would have been the main villain in the Defenders. It makes sense since he was a Daredevil villain first.
