What If...?'s latest episode appears to have divided fans, with some loving the silliness of the premise and others not fully on board with the depictions of certain characters. Shaking things up is sort of the point, though, and "Party Thor" certainly managed to have a good time during his first visit to Midgard alongside Lady Sif and The Warriors Three.
[Possible SPOILERS Follow!] His epic battle with Captain Marvel wasn't quite as much fun for the God of Thunder, but along the way, Thor crossed paths with a lot of familiar faces.
Howard the Duck was among them, of course, but things played out quite a bit differently for that Guardians of the Galaxy character than expected. He ended up romancing Kat Dennings' Darcy Lewis, and the two got hitched in a shotgun wedding in Las Vegas. We're not sure if they consummated the marriange, but Howard is proving himself quite the ladies' man!
This marks his second appearance in What If...?, with the other coming in "What If...T'Challa Became a Star-Lord?" Future live-action plans remain unclear, though we do anticipate seeing him either in The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special or the upcoming Vol. 3.
