SUPERNATURAL: It's Time To Save Mary & Jack In The New Promo For Season 13, Episode 14: "Good Intentions"

Thirteen seasons in and Supernatural continues to surprise.

Somehow Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino) becoming the supreme ruler of Heaven turned out to be the second most shocking thing in tonight's episode as the final few moments of the hour revealed that Asmodeus (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) had an unexpected ace up his sleeve in the form of the fallen archangel Gabriel - who we haven't seen alive since season five!

Unfortunately, we'll have to wait three weeks before we learn more, but the new promo and synopsis for the show's March return do reveal that we'll be reunited with another familiar face as the alternate reality's Bobby Singer (Jim Beaver) returns to lend a hand to a very desperate Jack (Alexander Calvert) and Mary (Samantha Smith).

JIM BEAVER GUEST STARS AS BOBBY SINGER - Jack (Alexander Calvert) and Mary (guest star Samantha Smith) manage to escape Michael's (guest star Christian Keyes) clutches and end up finding an ally in "apocalyptic world" Bobby Singer (guest star Jim Beaver). Meanwhile, Sam (Jared Padalecki), Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Castiel (Misha Collins) continue to search for a way to open a breach, not realizing that one of their own may be working against them and costing them precious time. PJ Pesce directed the episode written by Meredith Glynn (#1314). Original airdate 3/1/2018.

The exciting journey of the Winchester brothers continues as SUPERNATURAL enters its thirteenth season. Sam and Dean have encountered every kind of supernatural threat, facing down monsters, demons, and gods. Saving people, hunting things, and keeping the world safe. In the show’s twelfth season, the Winchesters were reunited with their long-dead mother and joined forces with the British arm of the Men of Letters. But things turned from bad to worse, with the return of Lucifer and the surprising revelation that the Devil is expecting a child. Now, Sam and Dean find themselves facing a creature of almost unimaginable power… one that could save the world… or destroy it.

Gabriel was a great character, I'm surprised it took them this long to bring him back!

Gabriel is my second favorite angel on the show. I was very shocked to see him back. I think they will explain his "death" in season five by saying the blade Lucifer stabbed him with was a fake just like the one he let the gods get off him was a fake he had made. I really want to know how a prince of hell can trap an Archangel though. That seems way too powerful thing for Asmodeus or any other Prince.
