There is no excuse for the negative reaction other than the movie. The movie was NO WHERE NEAR GOOD. It was at best, and I mean that by the twitch of my left eye, at best, OK.

There were those campaigns to sink Black Panther and spoil Infinity War. But the use of bots really does suggest something more organized than Lady Gaga fans (unless I've very much misjudged them... which is possible because I am terrible at reading people... and I've heard they have a good poker faces.)

@Spock0Clock - No body was trying to sink BP, it did that itself by being extremely mediocre, I mean come on, look at it subjectively instead from a bias stand point, that movie aint nothin special, and ive always dug BP as a character, In the comics, his movie counter part is just boring man, and Im not even trying to say it cause other people did, it was just hella boring lion king rip off. Like logan was a hella boring terminator rip off.

Marvel movies hardly ever have good stories when its based on original stuff, and movies like venom, need to be stopped.

So they can start being able to do darker movies in the MCU, its why crap like this gets made.


But GA marvel fans are infantile who don't want to see any kind of grit in their films, when wolverine is the grittiest character of all and im really curious to see how marvel handles the xmen, cause im almost 100% sure they are going to [frick] it up, their formula and refusal to let the films grow up the way the comics have grown will be marvels ddown fall, also their woke BS, characters should just be good characters, not political, that's going to end up dethroning the king then no cbm will be considered any good, cause they mostly haven't been.

@Kd666dash3dot7 - Hey man. Speak for yourself. Movies are subjective and that's fine if that's your opinion on BP and all movie need to be darker to be good. Not everyone agrees with you. I dont. I enjoyed the movie as I have all the MCU movies. I like what I like and that's it and I don't think others are infantile for liking other franchises. Just not always my bag.

Quite honestly, it's simple. There are bots at work here and they have no interest in either movie. Look up several of the "reviews" for Venom on twitter and you will find that many of them come from fake accounts all posting the exact same review. Exact wording and everything.

It's sad knowing people are so caught up in their fandoms that they can't see a fairly obvious "botnet" type attack. Believe it or not, people, the world is grander than your camps - DC, Marvel, Lady Gaga...

I suspect some entity is testing the efficacy of their systems right now with these films.

You can tell when theres bots, they repeat themselves ALOT. Not everyone is gonna like the things we like, and that's fine, stuff we like can be bad, and you can still like it.

its like in south park with the gayfish joke with cartmans ego not allowing himself to believe he didnt write the gay fish joke.
All these egos have to do mental gymnastics because they cant admit to themselves something they like is bad, so they have to justify it any way they can.
