Sonic the Hedgehog, the latest video game movie to hit production, will be using familiar characters and locations to craft an original story. Some have already been spotted on set.
Having started production only a week ago, the
Sonic the Hedgehog film is already delving into nostalgia. Green Hill Zone, a name familiar to fans of the franchise, will be making its live action debut during the hybrid film. The location of Green Hills, which set the tone for Sonic as the game's first level, seems to be under the watch of Sheriff Tom Wachowski (James Marsden), the film's human lead.
