I love being a few months older than her, while JDwyler has to wait til she's of age before he can reveal his true desires.

There could be a handful of superheroes she could play.
I would like to see her as a young female VILLAIN.
That would be sweet.

I don't get why feminists/some female actresses get all butthurt about tight costumes lol. it's super heroines, not nuns.

Miss Marvel, Moondragon, Phalla Vel, Gammora, Mira Hill, etc and so forth.

I'm sorry but what???

These days not really any of the female superheroes are "sexually driven" or submissive. And male superheroes are just as sexy as female ones.

Maybe she just reads Golden age comics...

I'd sign her up for Supergirl. By the time they expand the DCCU enough for that character to make sense to introduce she'll be old enough to really make it work.

Find the right role DC, NOW! (Perhaps super girl?)
LunarLt
LunarLt - 1/17/2014, 8:32 PM
she's talking about a solo female movie... look how bad supergirl, elektra, or catwoman was.. those were crap... and thats what she's saying... supporting roles or small roles like black widow or future scarlett witch... mmmh.until we see a solo wonder woman, solo black widow. etc etc than good. until then batgirl it is in a young justice movie.
jojofmd
jojofmd - 1/17/2014, 8:41 PM
Wait, Wonder Woman isn't scantily clad? Seriously give me a break. If they want people to watch a quality superhero movie with a female lead then they should make a good one. So far as LunarLt pointed out, they've been crap.
KingSilence
KingSilence - 1/17/2014, 9:03 PM
Is she serious? Michelle Pfieffer's catwoman was completely and totally sexually based, and she was very very sexual the entire time that she was catwoman.

Whatever.

Not that many female comic book characters are sexually driven. Black Cat and She-Hulk? Yes. Black Widow and Captain Marvel? No.

I don't think she reads comics.
Humperdink
Humperdink - 1/17/2014, 10:16 PM
She's just dropping a lot of buzzwords but female characters, especially the heroes/villains have come a looooong way from merely being submissive eye candy.

A majority of them are very dominant and even tougher than some of the males.
Granted, every now and then someone writes some very stupid and sexist drivel but they usually get called out for it right off.

This isn't the 1940's.

I think she's talking about Black Widow and Wonder Woman because that's about all she knows and that's from the films.
rabid
rabid - 1/17/2014, 10:28 PM
Don't they need a Cassie Lang for Ant-Man?
ninjamishi
ninjamishi - 1/17/2014, 10:43 PM
Eye candy is used in almost every movie and yes woman get used as it, but men as well

SnapperCarr - 1/17/2014, 11:20 PM
It'll be Wonder Woman to be the leader for female superheroes.
