Has Josh Boone Revealed The Team He'll Be Putting Together For His NEW MUTANTS Movie?
The Fault in our Stars director has uploaded a bunch of character images to his Instagram page, possibly confirming which young heroes will feature in the planned X-Men spinoff, New Mutants.
New Mutants director Josh Boone may have given fans a great indication of which characters will make up the movie's main roster. The images he uploaded were as follows: Illyana Rasputin/Magik, Rahne Sinclair/Wolfsbane, Danni Moonstar/Mirage, Sam Guthrie/Cannonball, Roberto DeCosta/Sunspot, and Warlock. He also added the team image below.
While this doesn't 100% confirm anything, it's likely that at least some of these guys (who make up the original comic team along with Karma) will feature in the film.
Back in March we heard a rumor that Game of Thrones star Maisie Williams and The Witch breakout Anya Taylor-Joy had been cast as Wolfsbane and Magik respectively, but although Williams did hint that talks have taken place, we've had nothing solid since.
What do you guys make of this? Is Boone revealing his team, or is he just messing with fans? New Mutants currently has no official release date.
