@CorndogBurglar - I just like the connection to a larger event, and Wolverine going on a revenge side-mission seems cool. Maybe it is a bit similar to Zemo and Sokovia, but I still like it.

I haven't read the story, I'm just judging by this article.

@Chasekeane - Exactly. I always said a Wolverone trilogy should focus on Origin. Then Weapon X. Then Alpha Flight, with it ending with him meeting Xavier.

But an anthology series works too. But you're right. You can't do stories that also involve X-Men without introducing the X-Men first.

@Repian - I’d be cool with a Weapon X prequel movie or series to introduce Wolverine in some kind of Winter Soldier brain washed assassin style show and by the end Logan escapes.

@CorndogBurglar - Season 1 for me would be a WW2 setting with flashbacks to his early life and his relationship with Creed (id have them as soldiers together in WW1) who ends up blaming wolverine for the loss of his wife.

Season 2 would be set in his time in Vietnam where he once again meets Creed but also Stryker with a cameo from Cornelius, flashbacks would cover his time in Japan and a set up there for SS. Would end up with Logan captured by weapon X alongside Creed and a few others.

Season 3 starts with a brainwashed Team X working for Stryker(a change to source i know) being sent on their first mission to kill Omega Red (quick little bit to confirm he met CA in WW2) and end up needing help from Alpha Flight to stop him who also help to free the brainwashed Team X, Logan Joins Alpha Flight. Flashbacks to his time in Weapon X facility.

Season 4 starts with Alpha Flight hunting Wendigo but ends with Logan having to leave to attend to business to go back to Japan to defeat SS. I have thought about dropping the flashbacks at this point to avoid repetitiveness although if i did do then this time they might cover a young Draken growing up but im not sure that one yet so open to ideas. Anyway ends with the return of Stryker and introduction to Lady Deathstrike.

Season 5 starts with a once again brainwashed Logan and Stryker now has a mission for him, to kill Xavier (only revealed late who the target is, he would have just been introduced previously in X-Men). He fails but Xavier has to break his mind to stop him. This is the last season as Wolverine joins the cast for X-Men 2. Flashbacks to cover Lady Deathstrike story

@CorndogBurglar - Haha, thanks. Reason being is that you get Logan’s history without it populating the X-Men then he’s the standard wolverine we all know by the time X2 comes round. X1 gives full focus on cyclops & the x-men. Gives them time to breath and become popular in their own right before the cash cow turns up lol
