Not a rumour, not a hoax and most certainly not just silly speculation! 20th Century Fox and director Bryan Singer have today announced that X-Men: Apocalypse will be hitting the big screen in 2016. Hit the jump to find out exactly which date it lands on!
Well, I think it's fair to say that none of us saw this coming! As you can see, Bryan Singer and 20th Century Fox have today announced that 2016 will see the release of X-Men: Apocalypse. There's currently no word on whether the movie will focus on the original team of X-Men or the First Class bunch, but with Hugh Jackman committed to another solo Wolverine movie, it might just be a safe bet to say he WON'T be a part of it. Of course, stranger things have happened, and it may even be a spinoff featuring an entirely new cast of characters. We just don't know at this point! How do you guys feel about this news?
