I swear they plan to only run shows two years. Wolverine & The X-men, Superhero Squad, Avengers Earths Mightiest Heroes.... all got two seasons. Sad.

age of apocalypse wouldve been interesting with xavier alive to see it. decent show. i don't get why marvel cancels good shows and replaces them with garbage(ultimate spider-man)...

I didn't care for the over the emphasis of Wolverine at the expense of other characters, the poor characterization of Rouge, or Emma Frost (massive see you next Tuesday), but I did enjoy the Genosha plot with Magneto and his children. I'd like to see what would have followed.

Marvel you bitch! Just when I got into this series you cancel it. Just when Avengers: EMH is getting better you cancel it? WTF!? Let DC learn in your live action movie status and you learn from their animation status. JEEZ!

This was a good show and I was sad to hear there would be no more. It ended in a great take off point. We would have got the one handed Wolvie and one eyed cyclops with Sinister in control of the future.

Deadpool looks great! He needs some animated love, maybe an hour and 20 min animated movie about him.

F*&# Ultimate Spiderman, the show sucks big time!

In all honesty, I prefer Ultimate Spider-Man over Spectacular Spider-Man. EMH is effing amazing, and so was Wolverine & the X-Men. Remember X-Men Evolution?

@Kamen-You may think that X-Men Evolution screwed things up, but, if I'm not mistaken, we wouldn't have X-23 if it weren't for that show. SOMETHING good came from it...

It's really a shame about all of these shows being cancelled. What is an even bigger shame, is that I've been introducing my girlfriend to the comic book realm via these shows, (first EMH, and now TSSM,) and she's sorely disappointed that she won't get more than a second season from either one. These shows really are a great way to introduce people to the material, especially if they don't want to read the books. (And get turned around and confused in the process.) I mean, who do you know that hasn't seen the 90's X-Men or Spider-Man cartoons, fan or not?

Nice simple design for Cable there. Instead of the ott shiz-fest we usually get in the funny books.

It seems like marvel will start shows but than after the first season or in the middle of the second cancel them even if there relatively successful like this one was and now there's talks of ultimate spiderman alrea getting cancelled and the avengers ehm most likely getting canned, I don't get it these shows have good numbers

should of kept this show going,i've never been excited for a animated season finale before.

until this happened age of apocalypse season 2,then it was cancelled.

I don't get why they didn't just bring the show to Disney XD and make it in their own studio. It's not like Nickelodeon owns it. They should've done that with EMH and Spectacular Spider-Man too. I wasn't a huge fan of SSM's animation, but like EMH, I was getting used to it, and the great storytelling overshadowed the weak animation. And I'm still pissed that Season 2 of SSM was never released in the USA!

The second season had soooo much potential because it was finally becoming an X-Men show. This concept art just depressed me.
