I like to think that Red Skull greeted him like an old friend, free of petty arrogance and just chill. And that Cap was freaked out but he saw it fitting: reuniting with your archenemy before retiring for good

@Saga - They just reconcile over the fact that they've each lived a life beyond the one they were meant to and infinitely changed as people - especially in Red Skull's case. I doubt he'd even remember the minutia of his former self.

Don't know why everyone's upset they won't get to see it, I imagine it would've just been a calm back and forth. Because, like, what else would it have been? Cap fighting tranquil-floating-ghost-man?

@Nebula - I would like a final Captain America film and have it be his journey delivering the stones back to their rightful places in time and the possible enemies he may have encountered doing so. And have him finally settle on screen with Peggy and give us a visual of how he lived his life once he settled.

Maybe call it "Captain America Till the end of the line"

I don’t get why he had to return the Stones to 2014, since Thanos left that timeline and it became a completely new one. It’s ruined anyway, so why return em

As sweet as it was I would’ve preferred scenes like this over Hulk giving Ant-Man a taco.

@MarvelDCAllDay - That's three seconds. Would you have preferred three seconds of Cap showing up on Red Skull's doorstep only for them to cut away?

I imagine that if they're going to show one stone being returned they'd want or have to show the rest too. So that's even more time they'd need.

Not to mention that the film's calmed down at that point, anything majorly exciting after the final battle's just pointless.

@MarvelDCAllDay - What the hell is wrong with you people? I LOVED Hulk giving Ant-Man a taco.

@MarvelDCAllDay - The imagery of Hulk giving Ant Man a taco is hands down some of the best in the MCU or any blockbuster, period

@DnA - Oh I liked it too. But if they gave me a choice I would’ve picked the red skull scene.

@Nebula - You’re right. That is only three seconds so they should’ve traded some more of the cute but pointless scenes in the movie.

Cap seeing Red Skull would honestly have been so fitting, with Steve deciding to stay in the past with Peggy (after he returned all the stones). They're exchange could have given some closure to both characters.

Endgame 10 Star movie and and I went along with time travel but I wished they came up with another solution to getting the Stones back from Thano's.

One Thanos shouldn't of destroyed the Infinity Stones and they shouldn't of kill Thanos at the beginning.

Professor Hulk was the best thing in Endgame. True star of the movie. Hulk had it all together where all the Avengers were falling apart. Hulk was the brains and the brawns in Endgame.

@DoubleD - Except there was no brawn. It was just Banner, acting jockish, but big and green.

Also, why shouldn't they have done that at the beginning? You can't just say it, what's your reasoning?
