Avengers: Infinity War will finally kick off a tale Marvel Studios has been teasing us with since Thanos first showed up at the end of The Avengers in 2012. The villain is going to be on the hunt for the powerful Infinity Stones and Earth's Mightiest Heroes will have to team up with the Guardians of the Galaxy in a bid to stop him. Once he has them, though, the Mad Titan will unleash the Infinity Gauntlet.

That's presumably going to happen near the end of the movie in order to set up the events of Avengers 4 but we remain very much in the dark right now about how it will all play out over the next two years.

It's now been revealed that Hasbro is releasing a replica of the powerful weapon to tie in with the release of the movie and you can check it out below. It's an impressive toy and considering the fact that previous pieces like this have been pretty affordable, you're not going to have to sell a kidney to get your hands on it! Hasbro has created a lot of very realistic looking and affordable props, including Captain America's shield and Black Panther's helmet. However, the Infinity Gauntlet is perhaps the most impressive yet!

It looks pretty cool, right? As you can see, it contains all of the Infinity Stones and each of them are slightly different shapes and sizes which is a departure from the comics. However, there's more...

That's right, this bad boy lights up! It's an awesome toy and one which is sure to be a must-have when Avengers: Infinity War is released this May. What do you guys think? Sound off below.

Yes! I need it. I have Cap’s shield, Iron Man’s Helmet, a cheap but reasonably good looking Mjolnir, the Eye Of Agamotto, and a SHIELD badge, and I knew they’d be making one of these. I’ll find some more wall space for it, definitely.

What I don't get it how the yellow one is the biggest. I mean if it was still the tesseract sure, but the stone in visions head is not that big.

Also, wouldn't the soul stone be like the most important one?

@HarrowRed - actually, yellow stone came from the scepter. So my point stands, why didn't they give the tesseract the big slot?

@HarrowRed - Remember the artifact itself is not an actual representation of the size or color of the stone. The gem of Loki's scepter was much bigger than the actual mind stone, as well as beingt blue when the stone was yellow. Same goes for how the aether was a large mass of fluid yet will be a similar sized stone.

My guess is that the stones and the gauntlet itself can expand or shrink to fit the slot/wearer, which is why normal human sized characters like BP have worn it snugly in the comics.

But that's just my guess.

Did they just give away the title of the movie on that box?

Avengers Infinity Gauntlet. Probably not but if so why are they hiding it? They've said the title gives too much away but what would that give away?

Would not be the first time that we've had some form of media claim the title is 'Infinity Gauntlet'

In terms of giving things away - it implies Thanos' survival along with implying the Gauntlet is a major factor in Avengers 4 also. Both aspects we kind of already knew. But i think the idea is that they'll be able to end Infinity War in a big way, probably with 'The Click' or something of an equal magnitude.

I am def gonna pick this up to add to the Legends collection. Hopefully it's out soon.

I had a custom Gauntlet made for me cause I wasn't sure if Hasbro was gonna do one but I'm glad they did!

Chances are that they will be done along the fingers, then the thumb with the large back of hand last. Expecting a plot like this;

1. Power - Thanos destroys Xandar

2. Space - Loki gives the Tesseract to Thanos

3. Reality - Thanos interrogates the Collector and discovers where it is hidden

4. Soul - Heimdall is blinded as they extract the Soul Stone

5. Time - Thanos fights Team Iron Man in Space, retrieves Time Stone from Doctor Strange

6. Mind - Thanos's army fights Team Cap in Wakanda, Thanos arrives and kills Vision gaining the final stone

@Scarilian - Soul stone is in Wakanda I would bet, though I thought Heimdall too at first. Super Bowl shot showed an injured Vision before the Wakanda battle, so I think they extract his stone before then.

Hopefully they put a disclaimer stating that you will not gain all the power of the cosmos upon purchase. Otherwise I expect a lot of nerds being mad they couldn't make 100 personal Black Widows for some DEEP undercover ops.
