None of these shitty old Batman films are even close to all 3 films in the Nolan trilogy.
thedudeabides - 1/11/2014, 3:43 PM
Get to the point next time...
SkaarJones - 1/11/2014, 3:47 PM
All of the first franchise Batman films utterly sucked except for the 1st one which was just disappointing but cool to see on the big screen at last. The Christian Bale films were the only really good Batman films. To put any of the first franchise films ahead of any of the Nolan films is disrespectful.
SkaarJones - 1/11/2014, 3:48 PM
I'm sure Batman vs Superman will be greater than all of them for the mere fact that it is primarily a Superman film. Superman > Batman
Hutch113 - 1/11/2014, 3:52 PM
I loved Batman '89 considering it was the very first movie i ever saw in theaters. So my top 5 batfilms have gotta be...
1st batman begins
2nd batman '89
3rd batman returns
4th the dark knight rises
5th the dark knight
IronLantern79 - 1/11/2014, 3:52 PM
This (1989 Batman) and Batman Mask of the Phantasm remain my favorite Batman films of all time.
dckizzle - 1/11/2014, 3:53 PM
That would of sucked
superbigguy32 - 1/11/2014, 3:56 PM
I wonder why Burton didn't choose Alec Baldwin for Batman? He seemed like a better choice over Keaton at the time. Because all 3 worked on Beetlejuice. Even though Keaton owned the role I just always wondered.
capcyclopsftw - 1/11/2014, 4:00 PM
Batman Returns goes way over people's heads. Fantastic Batman film.
CaptShipwreck - 1/11/2014, 4:00 PM

SkaarJones - 1/11/2014, 4:03 PM
@marvel32 and hutch113 how disrespectful. Lol
SkaarJones - 1/11/2014, 4:05 PM
Keep Tim Burton away from all CBMs please.
SkaarJones - 1/11/2014, 4:07 PM
niceguyeddie - 1/11/2014, 4:07 PM
M72, I almost completely agree except I don't see how anyone can put returns above the first one. I used to be TDK before Begins but the more time goes by, the more I can see your reasoning on that.
huckfinnisher - 1/11/2014, 4:12 PM
@skaarjones surely you don't mean a better representation of the comic character. If you prefer that version that's fine but burtons 2 were brilliant films that were much closer to Batman in the comics.
crashrendar - 1/11/2014, 4:12 PM

Jollem - 1/11/2014, 4:13 PM
haha, stoopid burtonites. marvel studios is winning!!
marvel72 - 1/11/2014, 4:17 PM
@ thewonderer

so you like the dark knight trilogy over the old batman movies good for you.

its my opinion,get over it.
marvel72 - 1/11/2014, 4:22 PM
@ niceguyeddie

i like the feel of the movie, the music,a dark take on the penguin & for me the sexiest big screen catwoman ever.

that end scene where the penguin dies & the penguins lead him into the water was fantastic.
Jollem - 1/11/2014, 4:22 PM
you guys know tim burton didn't write the story or script for the movies? right?
Superman8 - 1/11/2014, 4:26 PM
worst Batman film ever.
SpideyQuad - 1/11/2014, 4:26 PM
