Christian Bale Reveals Why His BATMAN Should Never Have Met Henry Cavill's SUPERMAN

Christian Bale is doing the promotional rounds for Sir Ridley Scott's Exodus: Gods of Kings at the moment, and with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice recently wrapping up principal photography, it's inevitable that he's been quizzed about the Zack Snyder helmed movie. Talking to IGN Movies, the actor was asked if he feels that there was still room to continue exploring his version of the Caped Crusader in a fourth movie. As great as that sounds, Bale points out that The Dark Knight is a "character that could have kept on going and going and going," but "it was right for Chris [Nolan] to finish it where he did." That's something we've heard a number of times from both him and Christopher Nolan, but what about bringing the worlds of Man of Steel and The Dark Knight Trilogy in Batman v Superman? "Ours doesn't belong in any other version at all," he said, before adding "It was appropriate to leave at the right time," when asked what it would have been like to see Bale's Batman meet Henry Cavill's Superman. What might have been, eh?
