Doopie - 8/9/2014, 7:14 AM

AlexanderLykins - 8/9/2014, 7:28 AM
Your Manhood has been suspended indefinitely. It could be reinstated upon further review.
Dynamo - 8/9/2014, 7:29 AM
So, yeah. Everyone's just basically confirmed Aquaman's in the movie.
SuperCat - 8/9/2014, 7:29 AM
Sounds like he's really fond of Superman. That's always good to hear when an actor is involved with a CBM.
Desrow - 8/9/2014, 7:34 AM
This dude it's awesome.
jessepostal - 8/9/2014, 7:39 AM
It's amazing how different peoples views are, I find this guy to be terrible as an actor.
GreenLantern519 - 8/9/2014, 7:41 AM
He seems genuine in his excitement about it. I wonder what on the internet he's talking about, like what rumors/info is actually on point with what's happening in the movie?
Demiurge - 8/9/2014, 7:42 AM
Too many men here.
More women...

neihofft - 8/9/2014, 7:43 AM
Would be cool if he was J'onn. But I doubt that'll happen. Lol
BatzFTWfan - 8/9/2014, 7:44 AM
Am i the only guy who supports him as Martian Manhunter ?
MexicanSexyman - 8/9/2014, 7:45 AM
Awesome interview.
Dev - 8/9/2014, 7:50 AM
Is he hinting that the leaked script may actually be real at the end of that interview? He said some of the fans online know alot of information about whats going on in the movie so it must be stuff from that leaked script.
WayneCEO1 - 8/9/2014, 7:52 AM
Alright, you've got our attention.
WayneCEO1 - 8/9/2014, 7:55 AM
There is so much info on the web there is no way to know what's real with all this speculation from fanboys.
ALegendaryPanda - 8/9/2014, 7:58 AM
He was great in Man of Steel, and he just seems like a nice dude in general so I'm glad he's coming back!
typicalfanboy - 8/9/2014, 8:04 AM
so superman's gonna be killed by doomsday? ]

would've been interesting if they made aquaman the villain.
JediPhilosopher - 8/9/2014, 8:15 AM
I like that description of him as Christ-like. The highly moral superhero among superheroes. Not saying he is Christ, just has that high morality few figures are associated with. That is a strong reason he exists as a superhero. Take that away, and it's no longer Superman.
JediPhilosopher - 8/9/2014, 8:19 AM
I say that, because I actually think Zack Snyder would take that away if he could. He already has, about the most that he can without completely making his Superman unrecognizeable. If the black outfit weren't already talked about in a failed movie, I imagine he'd have done that too.
JediPhilosopher - 8/9/2014, 8:21 AM
Hey yeah, he does have that Martian Manhunter look to him. That would be cool if they'd do it.
JediPhilosopher - 8/9/2014, 8:26 AM
One cool thing about Superman is he has things convenient compared to other superheroes (except when facing things stronger than himself which are few and far between). Don't misunderstand, what I mean is, it's cool to watch, because it puts him in a bad position for selling his ideas of high morality to his fellow superheroes. If he shakes his head at WonderWoman when she wants to finish off the bad guy, she has to be thinking "easy for him to say, he wasn't nearly wiped out by this scum."
ruadh - 8/9/2014, 8:27 AM
I always saw Superman as more Moses-like.

@AlexanderLykins, I think you treading the line with that joke...
Brainiac13 - 8/9/2014, 8:27 AM

I think Morgan Freeman has the best voice in Hollywood.....Also Clancy Brown is up there with Harry.
ruadh - 8/9/2014, 8:27 AM
Darktower - 8/9/2014, 8:28 AM
Lol ....fixed it
Enphlieuwince - 8/9/2014, 8:28 AM
I wonder when we'll get to see Cyborg in action. Will we get Manhunter? These are the things that interest me. What I'm seeing so far is cool so I really want to see Zack's take on as many characters as possible. Not necessarily all in this next film, but, eventually indeed.
JediPhilosopher - 8/9/2014, 8:29 AM
It creates an interesting conflict between the Justice League charcaters. They all kinda know it's wrong to kill, but they often really want to eliminate threats so large. Superman can stop most of those threats himself without the need for killing. But he truly believes what he believes and would die to avoid killing also.
JediPhilosopher - 8/9/2014, 8:31 AM
Not to say he wouldnt snap Zod's neck in that situation in MOS. It was to save people in the moment. A little shaky how it was setup, and made a dark movie even darker, but, I've been over this so many times we have horse pulp.
AlexanderLykins - 8/9/2014, 8:33 AM
I know.
JediPhilosopher - 8/9/2014, 8:41 AM
If you try to fix my grammar, she'll fix you with her walking stick.
FordEl - 8/9/2014, 8:45 AM

Man of Steel is not dark at all. If anything the underlying theme of the whole movie is hope. A lot of the cinematography in the movie shows that. For example where he's suited for the first time and its this blinding white light.
He's killed in the comics before and in this situation there was no choice and he had to to save innocent people so i don't see why people complain so much about it.
JediPhilosopher - 8/9/2014, 8:53 AM
Who was complaining..
JediPhilosopher - 8/9/2014, 9:00 AM
I really thought we'd have something by now that takes what they got right about 1978 Superman and builds on it. I don't mean sequel. I mean, not neglecting the things it got right.
JediPhilosopher - 8/9/2014, 9:05 AM
Yeah I guess I was complaining. I always am. A superman movie shouldn't just leave you with hope as if you're one of the people in the movie world not sure what the future holds. It should leave you with "YES! That was amazing. Superman is awesome." It should have plenty of humor, because it's a movie with a guy in a costume. He knows he's different and is fine with it, totally willing and able to make fun of himself about it. No heavy baggage regarding his powers because he got over it before the age of 20.
JediPhilosopher - 8/9/2014, 9:12 AM
MOS lingered in seriousness with a few fleeting spots of dry humor that just weren't enough, leading to a controversial, sorrowful end. It was as if Zack just wanted another Watchmen.
JediPhilosopher - 8/9/2014, 9:29 AM
I guess I keep referring to it as dark because it's less wordy than saying what I'm thinking. Considering the superhero and the way his history is depicted in everything else that matters (not Smallville), the movie overall changed him to a character with more emotional baggage, less charisma and self-confidence and experience, than he should have. That's dark in my book.
Darktower - 8/9/2014, 9:32 AM
Can't wait for it to be removed from the main page now...
JillyMcBeam - 8/9/2014, 9:40 AM
I'm almost excited about this movie as I am about this....almost.
