Was 'Robin' Also A Killer In The DC Extended Universe?

Wait... what?! That's right, folks. If Robin's weapon of choice is anything to go by, it would seem as if the late Robin was also a killer back in his hay day - begging the question, did Batman ever have his famous no-kill rule in this DC Extended Murderverse? In their perusal of the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Tech Manual, Digital Spy discovered that Robin didn't actually wield his signature battle staff when fighting crime, but instead wielded a deadly medieval axe-spear.

Holy nightmare Batman!

Well, it's a halberd to be more precise. This two-handed axe blade topped with a spike mounted on a long shaft allows its wielders to deal lethal damage to their enemies, so no doubt Robin amassed quite the body count before David Ayer's gangbanger inspired Joker put an end to the Boy Wonder's reign of terror.

How do you feel about the possibility of Batman training his trusty sidekick to be a killer? Let us know in the comments below.
