It's almost time to return to Wakanda for Ryan Coogler's Black Panther sequel, but if you're eager to check out some more footage before sitting down to watch the movie in theatres tomorrow, Marvel Studios has now shared two new TV spots.

The promos highlight some of the praise critics have been heaping on the movie (though it has also had its share of detractors), while also debuting plenty of action-packed new glimpses of the battle between Wakanda's warriors and the formidable people of Talokan.

There's nothing too revealing, but there are a couple of brief shots of the new Panther's final confrontation with Namor.

The review embargo for Wakanda Forever lifted yesterday (you'll find our verdict here), and the sequel is now "certified fresh" at 86% on Rotten Tomatoes. Are you guys planning on seeing Black Panther: Wakanda Forever opening night/weekend?

In Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M’Baku (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira), and the Dora Milaje (including Florence Kasumba), fight to protect their nation from intervening world powers in the wake of King T’Challa’s death. As the Wakandans strive to embrace their next chapter, the heroes must band together with the help of War Dog Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) and Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) and forge a new path for the kingdom of Wakanda. Introducing Tenoch Huerta as Namor, king of a hidden undersea nation, the film also stars Dominique Thorne, Michaela Coel, Mabel Cadena, and Alex Livanalli.

Hoping for an awesome movie. But for me this is like picking at a scab. I can’t watch this yet. I’ll watch it one day at home. Hope people enjoy it and looking forward to reading the articles and comments in the coming week.

@CAPTAINPINKEYE - Why "can't" you watch it yet?

@LongMayHeReign - probably the reminder of Chadwick's death 'picking at a scab' comment (I'm assuming). It's the same reason I haven't brought myself to reawtch BP or infinty war since he passed (as he basically dies in both movies)😭

@LongMayHeReign -

1. Too busy with the family. Park, swimming, eat.
2. Too busy at work.
3. Got to clean the gutters.
4. Rather go out for a beer with my friends rather than staring at a screen.
5. Having a night out with the wife.
6. Waiting for an Amazon package to arrive.
7. Rewatching Band Of Brothers
8. Hockey season (playing, not watching)
9. Basketball season (playing, not watching)
10. Chadwick’s passing bothers me too much to watch this movie.

@ClungesForever - bingo. The other person…..seems a little slow on catching what words mean. I bet he/she/they/or whatever people call themselves gonna have to watch the new BP movie 4-5 times to understand what is happening

That shot/sequence underneath Namor’s feet, with the wings in focus as he propels himself back up.

Boy, is James Cameron gonna be salty mad once he realizes MCU put out a movie about underwater indigeneous blue-skinned tribalistic society just before him. And that they will inevitably be compared to each other.

@Odin - James Cameron is worth over 600 million dollars.
I think he'll be fine. ;)

Will be avoiding the spoiler articles this weekend. Won’t be able to catch Wakanda Forever until Tuesday next week.

WTF Shang-Chi has a higher RT than BP2 ? I thought BP2 would have the highest score out of this mediocre phase.
