Yes i believe that could be it the cameo but i mean that looks like the shield theres no cap and if it is the shield its HUGE!

That is the actual cameo. I've seen a Blu Ray image of this scene and you can definitely see the shield as well as Cap's body.

But that doesn't make sense.

If they're going to make all the marvel movies in the same universe how are they going to have Cap in the ice w/ his shield if the shield wasn't frozen in ice in Iron Man?

DAMN IT!

Continuity errors are my biggest pet peeves in movies, even if it's not the same movie

SGA, it's all good! The shield in Ironman had nothing to do with any plot, or future plots. It's just a little Easter egg to get people excited, a nod to us comic dorks.

I think the concept of having cap in the movie is cool, but I cant see a damn thing. It's like that picture in Mallrats that the dude cant make out thru the whole movie...I think it's better that they don't have much Capness in the other movies cause that way, when the actual movie arrives, it wont be inhibited by Hulk or Iron Man.

oh and DurkinKnight to see Cap, look at the bottom pic, and if you can see the shield, you can see Him behind it, in that classic pose kinda like him charging w/ it in front of him.

Well the only sense it does make is that his bod isnt there. Captain americas sheild is left behind so tony stark has to build a new one for nick fury to pass on to cappy. Then cappy uses it to deflect debros from the fight during hulk and aboniations fight. This way he can make a report on who exactly was the bad guy, or if hulk was even worth recruting. there it is....i solved it...lol

Why cant it be that they found Cap during Iron Man and Hulks conclusion was a little bit afterwards?

In the end of Hulk the whole world already knew Stark was iron Man.

i'm sorry to say but i think the cameo was when the blue serum spilled on the dr's head in the lab.

after that his head started bubbling, as if he was transforming and wasn't he known as mr blue?

I thought that Mr. Blue was leading into a possible Doc Sampson storyline. I think the the Captain America cameo is a little week I like that they left it out of the movie. I hate it when Movies ignore the comic orgins and make up there own, X-men was a big dissapointment to me in that way.

I'd have to see it for myself on the DVD to know for sure. This is just depressing that this should even be called a cameo. I could just be a chunk of ice for all we know.

i think your all sad how about getting the film because the incredible hulk was a good
film and not for some guy with a lame name captain america and he's suit may been good in the comic book but it's going to look lame on screen he's got wing on he's head. Plus he is mentioned in the film the deleted scenes there's a whole back story how in ww2 general Ross was involved in the s.s program all test but one failed. General Greller put a stop to it cause some showed side affect's in some subject's (Major. Emil Blonsky spine coming out when he is looking in he mirror) and that in this film in was bruce the was trying to get rid of the problem's to the s.s.s better were in ang lee's he's dad was doing it. that all the cappy thing is just a story to tie the story's together plus look
at the pic it make's cappy look like a giant in the snow.

Guys...Mr. Blue is Samuel Sterns a.k.a. The Leader.

Betty's "boyfriend" was Leonard Samson, Dr. Leonard Samson. Some of his scenes got cut out also.

this is 100% the Captain America "cameo"...

which is odd to hear me say that becease before i watched the dvd I voted this this as wishful thinking and a "smudge!....

however...in the alternate opening when the camera pans out from the cliff/ice face and the avalanche begins, all the ice a debri come flying toward the screen (hence the odd persepective with the mountains in the back and the body appearing like a gient) I could quite clearly see the image on first take...

I wound it back and moved forward in slow motion and is quite clearly there and visible...and strangely none of the colorisation or doodles on top are necassary to clearly make it out the shield and the suit...maybe it's the colour setting on my set, or indeed that im watchin the UK dvd....but its there and its clear as day!

I believe what may happen in the Avengers movie is that Mr. Blue a.k.a. The Leader still had access to all of Bruce Banner's blood. Does he possibly create an army of hulks?

i dont know guys... if it is the cameo then i think they just made it big enough to see... and thats why everyone thinks he looks like a giant... oter wise its like seeing a face in a cloud, and as long as people are trhere to point it out... you will see it also... there is also another thread about seeing him roll by behind the fight secene with abomination... that ones is a little more believable.. but it to could just be some rubish tossed around in the fight.
