General Nick Fury of S.H.I.E.L.D. establishes a strike force of government-sponsored metahumans which includes Captain America; scientist couple Henry and Janet Pym (Giant-Man and the Wasp); Bruce Banner (the Hulk) and Tony Stark (Iron Man). Together they are based at the S.H.I.E.L.D facility, the Triskelion. When Banner injects himself with the super-soldier serum and goes on a bloody rampage as the Hulk, he is eventually stopped by the other metahumans with the aid of Thor. The team then join forces with the mutants Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch and agents Hawkeye and Black Widow against the alien shape-shifters the Chitauri, who are defeated.
A year later public opinion has turned against the team when it is discovered that Bruce Banner is in fact the Hulk and was responsible for hundreds of deaths. The team is undermined further when Thor is accused of being an escaped mental patient and is incarcerated. This is the doing of his brother Loki, who also facilitates the creation of a new team of anti-American multi-nationals called the Liberators. With the aid of the Black Widow - who betrays the team to the Liberators - the Ultimates are captured, but eventually escape and battle the Liberators to the death. With the aid of Asgardian warriors, the Ultimates defeat both Loki and the Liberators.
Leo Dicaprio as Captain America: Steve Rogers started off as a frail volunteer for scientific experimenting on behalf of the U.S. government. He underwent extensive surgery and steroid treatment and training to become Captain America and fighting the Nazis during World War II. He would eventually come into battle with Herr Kleiser, who introduced a prototype atomic bomb and intercontinental missile that were made with alien (Chitauri) technology meant to target the White House. However they were too late to stop the process from commencing, but Captain America managed to get to the missile as it launched. In a successful attempt to stop it in mid air, he fell into the North Atlantic and was presumed dead.
Years after, the body of Captain America was found in the Arctic Ocean frozen in a block of ice. It was as if he hadn't aged a day. It is unknown whether it was due to cryogenic preservation or the super soldier serum that prevented him from aging. Initially he thought S.H.I.E.L.D. was a group of Nazi soldiers who had captured him, but eventually realized that he was in a different time. He found out his best friend Bucky Barnes was now married to his fiancée and that all his loved ones were dead.
After catching up to his new era, the Ultimates were faced with the dilemma of Bruce Banner deliberately becoming the Hulk. Rogers was able to stagger and stop the Hulk briefly in combat. When he was about to inject the Hulk with the antidote, Hulk made a surprise attack and broke the needle and then began beating Cap until Thor came to the rescue. After Hulk had reverted back to Banner, Cap knocked him out and had him taken back to the Triskelion.
Captain America soon discovered that his nemesis, Herr Kleiser had survived World War II and was a Chitauri soldier. This was why he would always seem to survive, Cap saying that he has killed Kleiser "twice". When Kleiser resurfaced, Cap and he resumed their rivalry from 60 years back. When the Hulk was dropped into their battle, Cap convinced Hulk that Kleiser was hitting on Betty, causing Hulk to mutilate then eat Herr Kleiser.

Eric Bana as Hulk: A version of the Hulk appears in the Ultimate Marvel Universe, Banner works for S.H.I.E.L.D., attempting to re-create the super-soldier formula that created Captain America. He injects himself with an experimental version of the formula, turning into the green-skinned Hulk, and rampaging through New York, and is only stopped through the combined efforts of Spider-Man and a S.H.I.E.L.D. battalion led by General Ross. He later combines Captain America's blood with his previous Hulk formula, and injects it into himself, thereby transforming him into the more powerful gray-skinned monster The Hulk.
Well what can i say many may not like the first "Hulk" movie, but you have got to admit Bana made a great Hulk, so he goes Ultimate status.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Iron Man: 
Ultimate Iron Man #1 reveals that Tony Stark's genius is caused by an accident his mother (brilliant scientist Maria Cerrera, who names him Antonio) suffered while she was carrying him in her womb. He has neural tissue throughout his body, as if his entire body is a brain, giving him tremendous mental capacity but at the cost of chronic pain akin to severe burns due to the over stimulation of neural cells in his skin. His father uses a newly invented biological armor to ease Tony's pain. Despite the pain, he is endowed with regenerative capabilities due to the same mutation that caused the neural cells to differentiate all over his body. The biotechnology armor is constructed out of genetically modified bacteria that are able to group together to dissipate kinetic energy when impacted upon, and is able to dissolve any metal that can be oxidized. The disadvantage of this biotech armor, however, is that it will dissolve the wearer's skin after a few hours and will need to be washed off with water and soap.
Remember this is set many many years in the Ultimates lives and Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Someone ive never cast), would make an awesome Tony Stark or even for that matter the future Iron Man of 2010. Oh wait a minute that a couple of months away now lol, time does fly but come on, he'd be fantastic in this part.
Anthony Michael Hall as Thor: Ultimate Thor is referred to as once being a psychiatric nurse called Thorlief Golmen, until he suffered a nervous breakdown before his 30th birthday. He spent 18 months institutionalized, during which time he claims to have realized who he is and why he has been sent to Earth. He claimed to be Thor, Norse god of thunder, on a mission to save the planet. His political and social activism, as well as his own self-help books, attracted rebellious hippies and conspiracy theorists. He has spoken against America's military aggression against other world powers and the military-industrial complex. However, the truth behind these statements is questionable, as they came from characters aligned with or later revealed to be Loki, a reality-changing Norse god.
Anthony's a fine actor and his pretty big too and could sink his teeth into the role of Thor hands down he'd be great, though he'd still have to put a lot more muscle mass on, but that's what actors do right? Yep he'd make a Mighty Thunder God!
Eliza Dushku as Black Widow: Natasha Romanova is a former KGB spy and assassin, nicknamed the Black Widow. She was originally part of the Ultimates' covert operations ("black ops") team but with the emergence of the Chitauri threat was subsequently moved to public status after a publicly acceptable background was written for her. The Widow has genetic or cybernetic enhancements making her far better in combat than the average human. After accepting a marriage proposal from Tony Stark, she receives a black suit of Iron Man armor as an engagement present, along with a set of nanites bonded to her skin to control the armor.
Great actress, great on the eyes, great fighter and great in black spandex, TEABAG would agree, a great Black Widow.
Garret Hedlund as Hawkeye: A former Olympic archer, this version features in the limited series Ultimates, published under the Ultimate Marvel imprint. Introduced as the partner of the Black Widow, the artificially augmented Hawkeye uses a range of weapons and can turn any object into a precisely-aimed projectile.
Check out "Four Brothers" he could own this part and be fantastic in the role.
Viggo Mortensen as Giant Man: Another version of Pym features in Ultimate Marvel title Ultimates, being portrayed as brilliant but mentally fragile scientist and addicted to the drug Prozac. Pym's gains his abilities after transfusing the blood of wife Janet, who is a mutant. His abusive behavior ends their marriage and the character is expelled from the Ultimates, briefly joining pseudo heroes the Defenders in his Ant-Man persona. The character eventually rejoins the Ultimates in his Yellowjacket identity. During the events of Ultimatum, Hank sacrifices himself to save the lives of the remaining Ultimates, following his discovery of Janet's death.
Mortensen scream the Ultimate Hank Pym, just close your eyes and see him beating on Eva Longoria, yep nasty bastard lol, he'd make the perfect Hank Pym.
Eva Longoria as The Wasp: In the Ultimate Marvel continuity, Janet Pym is a mutant and a member of the Ultimates. She holds two PhDs (one we know to be in molecular biology) and is portrayed as being of some Asian descent.
She is moderately fluent in German. Her mutant status remains hidden from the public but is known by Hank Pym and S.H.I.E.L.D. She can generate a glittering wasp-like sting which she discharges through her hands. Her bio-electric blast famously took out the Hulk during his New York massacre. Side-effects of her insectoid genetics include the occasional consumption of bugs, forming her own larval nests, and laying egg-like constructs.
During her college years, she shared a room with Betty Ross and started seeing Henry Pym. He was abusive to her early in their relationship and during college is known to have hit her at least twice, putting her head through a door on one occasion and splitting the roof of her mouth on another. Betty Ross can also recall instances where Janet was missing chunks of hair. Jan also suffered from severe bulimia prior to joining the Ultimates.
I think she says it all for this role, near perfect.
Mads Mikkelsen as Red Skull: This Red Skull is the illegitimate son of Captain America and his girlfriend Gail Richards, conceived before the Captain's presumed death during WWII. Taken from Richards, the Red Skull was raised on an army base where he was shown to be a well-adjusted, physically superior, and tatically brilliant young man who greatly resembled his father. However, his easy-going personality was a ruse, and around the age of seventeen he rebelled and killed over 200 men on the base, and then cut off his own face.
Unlike the flamboyant Nazi/military costume of the 616 counterpart, Ultimate Red Skull wears simple khaki pants and a white tee shirt.
Yeah i know a lot of you see him as the 616 version, but now you can say i picked Mads for the Red Skull role, now theres some ammo and i think he'd be the best ever Red Skull against the Ultimates with his devilish plots. A fine actor, yes he would make an excellent Red Skull.
Now we have a problem Samuel L Jackson is the perfect Ultimate Nick Fury of course but as he's in The Avengers movie i cant use him where he belongs lol. So i have thought of two actors for the role:
