VIDEO GAMES: INJUSTICE: GODS AMONG US Gets A Release Date & "Battle Edition"
Warner Bros. Interactive and DC Entertainment have confirmed the release date for their upcoming fighting game Injustice: Gods Among Us, and have also announced a "Battle Edition" which includes a fight stick and three New 52 skins among other things.
Warner Bros. Interactive and DC Entertainment have announced today that their highly anticipated fighting game, Injustice: Gods Among Us, will be hitting stores on April 16th. The game, which sees some of DC Comics' biggest characters brawling with one another, will be available for Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and Wii U. Additionally, an Injustice: Gods Among Us Battle Edition has been announced, and will be available in limited quantities at Gamestop and EB Games in Canada and the United States on that date. A separate Collector's Edition will be separately for $99.99. The Battle Edition has a retail price of $149.99, and includes the following:
-Exclusive DC Collectibles statue featuring iconic characters Batman and Wonder Woman, the Fortress of Solitude, and the Last Son of Krypton’s escape ship
-Special Collector’s Edition of the Injustice: Gods Among Us comic book
-Digital download of DC Universe animated film Justice League: Doom
-Three exclusive skins for the New 52 costumes of Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman
-Exclusive Injustice: Gods Among Us Fight Stick, a lightweight controller that boasts a non-skid foam underside, a lockout feature for the Start, Select and Guide buttons, as well as adjustable illumination for the buttons and joystick.
-Unique Steelbook (International Version)
