In the site's article reporting the news that David Fincher (The Social Network) is in talks to direct the book adaptation Gone Girl for Fox, Variety has an update on the helmer's planned 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea remake over at Disney. Back in October, it was revealed that Disney had placed a three month hold on Fincher as the studio decided whether or not to move forward with the film. In the meantime, Fincher was courting frequent collaborator Brad Pitt to star in the Jules Verne adaptation as Ned Landis. However, despite the actor saying that he'd love to re-unite with his Fight Club director on the project, Variety says that the casting "never came through", and the studio is still deciding what to do with the film. While it's possible for Fincher to move to 20,000 Leagues as his next project instead of Gone Girl, the director has begun looking for other projects in case that film fell through. Fincher is also rumored to be a contender to helm one of Disney's new Star Wars films. Would you like to see 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea on the big screen in the near future?

Don't expect Brad Pitt to let Jolie eat anything on her plate. That's his food, too.

I totally want to see his new film, but he recently folded bigtime and that commercial(which he had to do)cost him mega-cred. I thought it was an SNL sketch. Have you hit that shti enought Brad? Take some mental photo graphs, ditch the crazy and get back to your career! World War Z does have me pumped for a FOrster though.

Oh wait, he can't. She'll Kardashien(on purpose) up the media suckers and spinsters desperate to secure real estate and oh well we know how this shit goes.., guys, that asshat she supposedly had an affair with looks a lot like all of her offspring and nothing like the olympic pre-blueprint for douche she married. I'd hate to be the offspring not in the limelight.., ahh no I would not.., they'll never have to worry again. Demons and sacks are profitable.
