Two more still images from J.J. Abrams' Star Trek Into Darkness have found their way online via the sequel's official mobile app, featuring Capt. Kirk, Spock and John Harrison. Check them out after the jump.

In the wake of a shocking act of terror from within their own organization, the crew of The Enterprise is called back home to Earth. In defiance of regulations and with a personal score to settle, Captain Kirk leads his crew on a manhunt to capture an unstoppable force of destruction and bring those responsible to justice.

As our heroes are propelled into an epic chess game of life and death, love will be challenged, friendships will be torn apart, and sacrifices must be made for the only family Kirk has left: his crew.

Star Trek Into Darkness stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Benedict Cumberbatch, Zoe Saldana, Karl Urban, Simon Pegg, Alice Eve and Anton Yelchin. The film is set to hit theaters May 17th this year.

Ever since this movie has been all over the main page, the magazines, and the trailers galore....I don't know, I feel like the excitement is losing steam. Plus, now that a lot of people are saying Khan for sure, I'm not so excited myself

SPOILER ALERT! Kirk and Spock share a scene together and Kirk meets the villain (whoever he really is) at some point!

I'm still hoping that Bumbershoot Cabbagepatch is playing a Eugenics Warlord, but not Khan. That would just be pathetic on the part of the writers. Not to mention he's the most Englishy actor on Earth. At least Montalban was brown-skinned.

@continuezero I agree totally. You've got folks here who haven't even seen the movie who are dissing it, calling it unoriginal, blah blah blah. Fer cryin out loud, it's a movie based on the STAR TREK franchise. What, are you gonna complain that there's a starship Enterprise in the movie? Gonna complain if it fires 'phasers' or 'photon torpedoes'?

How bout this --- all you trolls complaining about how much you hate the thing.... DON'T GO SEE IT. Who wants to hear you bitch and whine all the time. Make yer own movie and see how original YOU can be. Seriously.

And all these trolls and haters know good and damned well that they're gonna fork over their hard earned money and go to the theater to see it anyway. So why not just sit back, relax, and enjoy the friggin movie. Pretty sure there are real grievances in your lives to bitch about.
