ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN's Sinister Six (And Sixth Member) Revealed

The Sinister Six will be making their Ultimate Spider-Man debut in next Sunday's episode, and a new image has unveiled the entire team (including the secret sixth member). Check it out after the jump.

After much hype, the Sinister Six will finally battle the Web-Slinger in next Sunday's episode of Ultimate Spider-Man (titled "The Sinister Six"). We previously knew five members of the villainous team - Kraven The Hunter (Diedrich Bader), The Rhino (Daryl Sabara), The Lizard (Dee Bradley Baker), Electro (Christopher Daniel Barnes) and Beetle (Steven Blum) - but the sixth member has been shrouded in secrecy. Now, TV Line has debuted a new still from the episode featuring the entire Sinister Six, and reveals that the sixth member is none other than Doctor Octopus (Tom Kenny). What do you think of this line-up? Ultimate Spider-Man airs 11 AM EST on Disney XD.

how is it even POSSIBLE to make a shittier looking Lizard than the one from TASM?? i miss the 90's where villains were truly badass and looked identical to their comic counterparts

Show's kind of grown on me. I don't necessarily like all their versions of Spidey's rogues gallery, but I did like their take on the Green Goblin. It's a synthesis of the Ultimate and 616 Goblins. It has some elements of Spidey and his Amazing Friends, with a little scrubs and a little from the 90's show. I dunnow, I'm pretty sure if I was a kid I'd have loved this show (My girlfriend's little brother and his friends love it).

Beetle and Kraven are the best designed.

love the animation, hate the stories. This show should be called "The New Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends" or if you MUST keep Ultimate "Ultimate Spider-Man and His Ultimate Friends"

There needs to be a Spider-Man show made for older/adult fans for god's sake.

@RobertGarlen Cartoons with mainstream characters like Spider-Man are typically made for younger audiences. Shows with mainstream characters that are made for adults are typically an exception and not the rule. Even the Avengers show that was canceled last year was meant to be for younger audiences. Yes, the writing was better, which made it appeal to a broader audience; but it was still meant for kids. If you watch the "Marvel Block" with all of the stuff they show in between segments, it's clearly meant to appeal to kids. So if you want something a little more adult, then DISNEY XD is probably the wrong place to look.

I for one enjoy the show because I can watch it with my 5 year old son. He's being introduced to the characters I grew up with in a new way. We both sit and laugh and enjoy the action together on Saturday mornings and I don't have to worry about anything inappropriate for someone his age being shown. So for people in my position, this is the perfect show.

has anybody heard of that new rumor about the Amazing Spider Man 2 being connected to the Marvel Cinematic Universe? supposedly the cranes, that were in the movie that help Spidey get to Oscorp Tower, were presumebly there so as to build up the damage that was left over from the New York City battle that pursued in the Avengers. Also, the battle in the Avengers takes place in May or June 2011, while the events in TASM took place in May of 2012, as supported by all the dates in the poster on the movie all contained a May 2012 timeline. So then there the question of, if Spidey already knew the Avengers, why wouldnt he call them? Simple. The studios hadn't come to a cross licensing agreement until TASM2, so they just chose not mention it until plans were finalized.

Again, this is all a rumor, but have any of you heard this here on CBM? I sure haven't. But then again, I'm on Reddit more often nowadays.

Why are people looking for adult oriented content in a childrens tv show?It was made to introduce a younger audience to classic characters.Seriously what part of Disney XD sad we make quality adult programing?

@PeterParker1991 The only Sinister Six team that actually had Green Goblin in it was the Ultimate Spider-Man (comics) one.

I personally don't care for this show. Some of the action is good, but the supporting cast sucks. I hate the idea of Spidey needing a team. He just doesn't...

Not trying to be a jerk but nether does Thor or Hulk but no one complains about Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes.It's fun lets just enjoy the ride while it last this show will probably last three seasons maybe four.

The only thing I like about the show is the artwork. Dialogue is terrible, the concept sucks. Maybe its just too "young" for me but I find it extremely annoying.

The animation is good but the design is terrible. Spectacular Spider-Man had a cinematic vibe to it, but it's animation wasn't incredible just yet, it was only really good in the fight sequences. But as simplistic as the designs were, at least they were wide ranged and emotive, unlike Ultimate SPider-Man's designs for people.

And EMH had a serious but almost completely true to the comics storyline so don't even compare that. There's so much wrong with Ultimate Spider-Man calling itself ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN.

Its an okay show, not complaining, but: Why was the "black suit" BLACK and NOT PURPLE?! I mean if its "Ultimate Spider-Man", then it should be: Purple. Oh, and if I offended anyone and it sounded "raciest" well that's not what I was going-for.

I can't believe this show is still on the air. It's just ripping off Batman: The Brave and the Bold, but Brave and Bold was a cool throwback to the silver age of comics. Ultimate Spider-Man is just Marvel trying to test the waters to see which B and C level characters appeal the most to kids.
