The John Williams score is epic but it belongs with the Donner films.

When Clark landed on Smallville, I doubt Youtube and the internet even existed.
PsyGuy - 4/24/2013, 1:24 PM
This would be really ccool for a tv show or something!
UltimaRex - 4/24/2013, 1:29 PM
It's Snyder. There will be a title sequence.

It's MOS. There won't be any Williams score.

Please just deal with it.
DRMidNite - 4/24/2013, 1:30 PM
Then, um, here's an idea, Netman: Don't. [frick]ing. Watch. It.

Jesus, what an ass.
SpectacularJoShFest - 4/24/2013, 1:32 PM
I give props because it could be used for a tv show and that'd look cool...but no,no,no, and no.
I can't do something like that any way so...kudos...or whatever.
Here's boobs for yas

really good stuff, its amazing how superman moves people. Man of steel the superman movie we need but dont deserve.
Kev22 - 4/24/2013, 1:44 PM
love the John Williams theme...classic, amazing, epic....however if you would like to hear that theme I suggest watching Superman 1-IV and/or Superman Returns...this is MOS not the Donner verse. I grew up on those films for all their ups and downs they were great but time to move on.
oldnoname - 4/24/2013, 1:49 PM
Netman shut the [frick] up with your bitching you sound like a spoiled little whiny kid
oldnoname - 4/24/2013, 1:49 PM
Really well done opening sequence though.
TaoOfTheBatman - 4/24/2013, 2:12 PM
@netman if its your opinion that that sucked then fine. but i bet you couldn't make something that good. for being fan made i thought that was very good and even if you didn't there are much more respectful ways to criticize someone else work much less their art. he clearly has an eye for photography and for not having a multi million dollar budget or fleet of vfx crews that is pretty impressive whether you liked the artistic direction or not. we all come on here and nit pick and complain its part of the fun to get on here and talk about what we liked/ disliked and what we wish would be created, but there are ways of doing it without being a bull in antique store. that video took a lot of hard work and time and is leagues better than some of the fan art, fiction, etc that i've seen on the web so next time maybe be honest but not brutal.

I like it. Great work.
PersonaPostOvo - 4/24/2013, 2:27 PM
Why is there any need for a title sequence. It just wastes precious time.
Odin - 4/24/2013, 2:30 PM
This is fan-made, well the bar has just been rised in whole new level on fan-made stuff.
exe - 4/24/2013, 2:33 PM
Good but we don't need any opening credits.
SirTNZ - 4/24/2013, 2:39 PM
Superman did look super CGI. Still can't wait for this film. Superman 1 & 2 is an awesome epic. I hope to see the same in this movie.
TheSoulEater - 4/24/2013, 2:43 PM
Damn.....
blvdnoise - 4/24/2013, 2:43 PM
All but that bit of Supes flying at the end looked pretty legit.. Good job Someone!
Brainiac13 - 4/24/2013, 2:45 PM
Best fan made Superman!!!
Franshu - 4/24/2013, 3:08 PM
Pretty good. And even more impressive taking into account it was a low budget thing.
Im hoping there isnt a title sequence in MOS, anyway, though.
Akercocke - 4/24/2013, 3:09 PM
@Netman0007 let's see you doing something better then. And about that "Williams or bust." crap, these are not the 70's. You wanna keep living like it's 1978? go ahead but stop complaining
blueorangeny - 4/24/2013, 3:33 PM
Netman0007 - Why you bashing the dude's work. SMH. Really...it how come to this where people bash on other's fan-made. If you can do better then do so....as for J. Williams sound on MOS, it will not happen. If you're looking for it Zimmer already said it's his own view.
TaoOfTheBatman - 4/24/2013, 4:29 PM
@netman you can act as tough as you want on the internet but i feel sorry for ya bro. your attitude and others like it suck not this video so go troll somewhere else. and clearly by your choice of words and actions you don't know what is superman and what is not.
TaoOfTheBatman - 4/24/2013, 4:51 PM
look i don't know why I'm even entertaining this but @netman no one cares that your direct in fact please be direct with your words but there is a difference between saying something sucks and its gay both are unintelligent and the other is offensive. instead you can be direct and say i don't like it this doesn't speak to the superman i'd like to see on film. the reason i say this to you is that if you want to be heard and taken seriously you have to speak in ways that people feel they can have a real discussion. if i get on here and call you names just because we don't agree we both loose where when we have a real discussion and are straight forward then we can both learn from each other. no need to be so negative. just to be 100% clear i enjoy having discussions with people of different views it makes life interesting so don't think that anyone is attacking you just realize that your coming off way to aggressive for a discussion about fictional characters. how would you feel if you put hundreds of hours into something and some dude on the internet is like that shits gay and it sucks you'd be pissed. if someone instead says you know i didn't like it because of ...... you might not like it but maybe you use it as a way to improve your next project or it would piss you off as much. just think about it.
riddlemethis09 - 4/24/2013, 5:27 PM
Incredibly well done for fan-made and really it was inspiring. I love seeing things like this.
Kyatollah - 4/24/2013, 5:53 PM
@Netman0007- First of all, really no need to bring the language into it. It doesn't strengthen your point, make you look badass, give shock value or whatever your aim was. Just makes you sound like you care too much.
Secondly... you care too much.
Locky - 4/24/2013, 6:03 PM
I didn't like the cape at the end. Good fan made material though
abw2 - 4/24/2013, 8:18 PM

It was, actually, not half-bad, really... *cool*/P :)

TheRaven20 - 4/24/2013, 8:48 PM
This is awesome and screw everyone else for dissing it.
Phlegmbot - 4/24/2013, 9:54 PM
Smart, better, and FAR more interesting than anything I've seen from the actual movie.

Good job, guys.
oldnoname - 4/24/2013, 10:48 PM
^^^ It does take an idiot to bash something that's obviously not bad at all

And an even bigger one to not realize he is the only one on his side

And the biggest idiot to keep going on about it for 2 pages
ShadowOfTheWeb - 4/25/2013, 8:02 PM
incredible
