Disney's OZ: THE GREAT AND POWERFUL Coming To Blu-Ray This June

Disney has confirmed the Blu-Ray release details for its hit fantasy prequel Oz: The Great And Powerful from acclaimed director Sam Raimi (The Spider-Man Trilogy).

With a solid 60% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, Disney's Oz: The Great And Powerful has been quite the success. The Sam Raimi-directed fantasy prequel has currently grossed $226M+ domestically, and has a worldwide total of nearly $483 million so far. Unsurprisingly, a sequel is now in the works. Now, the Blu-Ray details for the film have been announced. Set for a June 11th release, you can check out the cover art and list of bonus features below. did not like this movie. after doing some research about the original wizard of oz creator frank l. baum and his 13, yes 13 oz books, its puzzling where they got the idea to make the wizard the main character as he is never more than a side character in the books. baum wrote only strong female characters as his protagonist and its sad because there aren't any in this movie. i love rami and the cast but im sad to say this was just bad

I am willing to bet that most of the negative comments on here were by people who didn't even see the movie. I liked the movie and looking forward to the sequel. Those witches will be back and pissed off.

I watched it once; once Oz got through the bubble shield and ended up in the land of the wussies; the movie got really bad. Mila Kunis keep your day job; she just came off as sounding like Meg Griffin screaming
