CBM Fight Club RULES!!!
You can base your vote on any version of the character (but preferably use the main comics continuity or live adaptation). For those not familiar with the character I have provided a short feature for each character, you can find it below the character's profile picture (click it and it will bring you to a different page consisting a short bio of the character and a list of his powers and abiliDraws). This is NOT A POPULARITY CONTEST (That is worth repeating -NOT A POPULARITY CONTEST), please decide logically, you can defend your vote in the comment section, and you can even include descriptive detail on how one character takes down his opponent.

Consider each fight as the FIRST MEETING of the two characters (even if they exist in the same universe, try to treat this fight as their first encounter, which means there are no prior knowledge of the other's power set and abiliDraws, as well as knowing their strengths or weaknesses).

These fights are Chance Encounters, the FIGHTS are NOT PLANNED, so there are no preparation time. But the characters are outfitted with their regular equipments, weapons, and other stuffs that are closely associated to the character.

Consider the character's personality and how the character will act on the given situation (will he fight dirty, will he be honorable, etc…). The characters can use anything in their present surrounding for their advantage.

The Rule Batman always win DOES NOT APPLY HERE. Please analyze his opponent, the battle, and their surrounding first before you decide. If you still think he wins then feel free to vote for him (the comment section will be a good area to support this vote).

MAIN EVENT- "Dead Weight"
THE MAIN EVENT FIGHT pits the Winner of the previous MAIN EVENT with the challenger being the Winner of the previous MIDDLE CARD.
-If the Main Event Winner has faced-off with the Middle Card Winner, the spot of the Middle Card Winner goes to the Lower Card Winner. If The Main Event Winner has faced-off with the Lower Card winner before, then the spot goes to any eligible fighter, who atleast once, have joined any of the CBM Fight Club bouts.
-If a fighter gets 3 consecutive wins, he rests for a minimum of 5 fights and will be eligible to fight again in the Lower/Middle Card if there are fight requests involving the character. His vacated spot in the Main Event will go to the winner of the previous Lower Card. In the event that the Lower Card winner has already fought the Winner of the Middle Card, the Lower Card spot will be taken by a new opponent (the new fighter should have fought in a previous CBM Fight Club).

Movie Batman Decimates Cyclops. Comics Batman could win as well but it would be much harder.

Movie Punisher and Comedian have a decent fight with Punisher coming out on top. Comics Punisher defeats Comedian Easily.

Colossus Decimates Deadpool. Movie and Comic Version. Unless Deadpool has adamantium blades or Arctic Vibranium Blades. Even then it's possible the Adamantium doesn't cut his skin since Wolverine has had inconsistent showings with his claws Versus Colossus skin.

P.S.

I Disagree with the Results from the last battle.

Aquaman would service Deadpool. Unless it's Smallville Aquaman vs. Deadpool at the END of W:XMO. Any other versions would be owned by Orin!

Thing has more creativity in combat and ingenuity. As well as better showings against stronger opponents.

Spawn has overall had more power. Except for the Movie versions, then Thor Would OWN!

I would say Bats would take out Cyclops. Outside of the optic nerve blast Cyclops doesnt have sh!t on Batman.

The Comedian and The Punisher is prob the fairest fight Ive seen yet, so Im going with Comedian bc he's my boy!

Deadpool is one of my favorites of all time, but i really dont see him being able to hurt Colossus. This is the "wolverine" deadpool though, so if he turns into weapon 11 then it would be a closer fight, but im sure we would all like to forget that that shit ever even transpired! Cheers

@nuck82 There was a comic where Bats took out the whole JLA. He's too smart for Cyclops. I think he would just stay out of his way until he was close enough to him....then it would be pound town for cyclops, and not the way Scott Summers would prefer

cyclops is one of the best leaders and strategical thinkers in the marvel U. some say he may be over capt amercia now. so im sorry, he does not win

The Punisher would beat Comedian simply because he's using modern day guns with advanced upgrades. Comedian is using Vietnam era guns with medieval perks. There's not even a chance.

@nuck82 I would agree that most likely Bats would loose to any superhero with super powers, But cyclops is one of those that I could say Bats would win. To be fair, if bats tries to take him on straight up, then cyclops would get the best of him. Ive never really like cyclops that much, so I used bats as my "dark" horse to win this. PS....summers will never be a better leader than Cap! IMO

Why havent we done Batman VS Wolverine, Wolverine would DESTROY Batman, and it would be a level fight. Or even have deadpool vs batman, again, good fight.

By the way...I want to see a Nightcrawler/spiderman fight! I think it would be epic. Spidey would use his spider sense to see where NC would be "popping" out next. Not sure who win, just saying I would love to watch that fight!

People would point out that batman has all the fancy gadgets, agility, street smarts, yaddy ya. The truth is Cyclops has been training with people like Wolverine for over a decade and going through danger room sessions since he was a kid. Tutored in the art of strategy by illuminati member Professor X and was trained to be leader of the next generation of mutants (after the professor). Not to mention, I don't see any defense what soever that Batman could have against those optic blasts. Batman would have to move so fast that Cyclops couldn't follow his movement with his eyes just to evade getting blasted to kingdom come.

I've come to realize that Batman probably could beat anyone that the Marvel Universe threw at him. The reason I've come to my senses is because Marvel fans have their own version of Batman: Doctor Doom. A normal guy but with genius intellect that can beat Galactus, Silver Sufer, and the BEYONDER... given that he has prep time of course. And as a Marvel fan, I completely believe that statement. Dr. Doom COULD beat anyone in the Marvel Universe AND the DC universe. That's also how Batman rolls. So I can see out of the eyes of DC fans for once.

First of all. I just wanted to say that the fight club was an awesome idea! With that said, Between the long history of comics, shows and movies, the most if not all mainstream heroes and villains have been unbeatable at one time and equally weak at others depending on the writer and story(i.e Batman can find a way to beat anyone, or Wolverine getting beat up). My point is, without clear-cut guidelines on powers and limitations... or even what universe or medium they're fighting in then this is just one big popularity contest. Though the intentions are good...

Batman can beat Cyclops. Stop being Bat haters and you can see that.

Cyclops has a great tactical mind and is very skilled with his powers as well as in H2H combat. All that said Cyclops is a Leader, that is very likely superior to Batman himself in that field. Sadly this is a 1on1 fight between the 2. His leadership holds no bearing. While Batman's one man army concept would give him a huge advantage. Now the problem with Cyclops in the films is, he never showed any of that Leadership hes so famous for. Nor did he show any skill at all except for blasting a couple of flying disc.

Movie Bruce was skilled and very analytical. He had great tactics, showed great fighting skills, and was able to humiliate a S.W.A.T Team and a group of legendary Ninjas that have existed for centuries, taking down corrupt civilizations.

As for Comic Batman vs. Comic Cyclops. Yes, we have a serious fight because this Cyclops will shoot and his aim is phenomenal. But comics Batman has dodged much faster attacks. Not to mention in the comics Batman's nature is to simply be prepared. He doesn't always win but he has a good chance. The fact is Cyclops doesn't bring anything to the table that Batman Can't Handle on some level.

Now if it was Cyclops leading the X-Men Vs. Batman leading the Bat inc. Batman's team gets served. Simple and plain.

@indoraptor12 You're wrong dude. Doctor Doom is far more than just a Marvel equivalent of Batman. Do some research, Doctor Doom has sorcery in his belt too (He once stole Thor's thunder to power the Destroyer through a combination of magic and tech). And technopathy (control technology telepathically). And also Batman's a detective with great skills in science. Doctor Doom IS a scientist and proficient in all major fields. He's almost on par with Mr Fantastic whom everyone knows to be one of the most intelligent men in the world. Batman is incredibly smart, not incredibly intelligent. He doesn't single-handedly design cyborgs, time machines and superpower-giving contraptions. Doom does.

When Cyclops lost to powerless storm, there are three things to take into consideration.

1) he was already half-ass into it because of all the drama he was experiencing at the time.
2) Madeleyne Pryor (extremely powerful TELEPATH)admitted to messing with his mind to MAKE SURE he lost so he would leave with her.
3) Storm knocked off his visor, and since she is a friend that was not threatening his life and he did not wish to fatally wound, he gave up. This would not be the case with Batman

Also, Cyclops is a master strategist as well, but would be on his OWN turf. Done deal, Cyclops wins.

@ nuck82: Well you obviously have not read enough of his. He is a one man army. You named a team of Children and an Old man. Yet he outsmarts Darkseid.... I don't think you evaluated that post very well. Cyclops is not in his domain against Batman 1on1, simple as that.

@ SirPrize: Yes Wolverine would defeat Batman. He has Over a Century of battle experience and training. He is in the low level super human range as far as strength, speed, senses and agility. He heals from lethal attacks in moments and has an Unbreakable bone structure with 3 Retractable Claws on each hand.

Batman without his Gadgets is a peak human being who has trained his body to be so since he was 8 and has Mastered 100+ styles.....Batman is still very deadly without his gadgets.

I really wish marvel had the rights to FF so we could see Doom as one of the Villains in The Avengers. How badass would it be to see Loki, Doom, and maybe Red skull be the Triple Threat that brings the Avengers together?!

According to Nick Fury's files,cyks abilities are at their best in tense situations. Fury notes that the less time Cyks has to think about a decision, the better that decision is.

Well the way I see these polls is people will vote for who they like not who they think can actually win. This site has a wide amount of MARVEL fans, and then you have your DC fans.Not to mention there are some people who don't read any comics at all and vote for the person they seen in a movie. I hate to say it even though I am a huge Xmen fan that Cyclops will probably lose. So there another victory under Batman's belt. Oh and stop bitching that Marve has the unfair balance because Marvel characters usually win each time in this poll. You fanboys are annoying as hell.

@BrazilianBatman NO WAY IN HELL DOES BATS COME CLOSE TO BEATING CAP! Cap is far superior. Plus Captain America DID beat Iron Man in the Civil War, but he also got beat by Iron Man Later. It could go either way, but there is a def. reason why Cap is the leader of the Avengers. So in no way, shape, or form is it "bullshit" that Cap would take Iron Man.

Cyclops ability to come up with tactics in a moments notice is an evolution created by his powers. I would love to see Cyclops undergo a secondary evolution.

Still none of that matters. Cyclops provides nothing that Batman hasn't handled before. Batman can loose to many but he has a greater chance of beating Cyclops. While Batman is at a disadvantage from a distance, he is not handicapped. Cyclops is at a much greater disadvantage close up.

Cap beat Iron-Man with a tactic that shut down his suits functionality. That is a very reasonable way of winning. I feel Cap should beat Batman but in the JLA/Avengers Crossover Batman wins in an almost even fight. And yes JLA/Avengers is considered Cannon, at least in the DCU.

The problem with people here is that they think in Comicbook world terms and not in realistic terms.

In real life, Cyclops would kill Batman before he had a chance to do anything. Batman needs time to think and analyses his opponents.

Cyclops takes his visor off, fully opens his eyes and turns Batman to dirt. End of story.

Cyclops eyes are apparatuses to another dimension that act as gateways, shooting that dimensions energy through his eyes. 1 hit would kill Batman.
