There you have it! If you recall, there was a brief flash of a scene in the CA:TFA credits montage in which Loki is riding in the back of a truck/off-roader. Could this be that scene?
If so, then that would presumably also confirm that his scepter is in fact, using the power of the Cosmic Cube!
