Hawkman! Very cool, show is looking better, hope it looks better like clone wars series.

CGI textures are terrible base level stuff. Look like plastic toys having a brawl!

Hope the animation gets better down the road. Looks cheap right now.

Despite the fact that the animation is a little iffy, I'm watching this for the writing.
Greg Weisman always brings out the best in characters.

Some of you don't know what you are talking about, but then again you are entitled to your opinion, but certainly not the facts. This animation is of the quality and style of films like "Shrek", "The Incredibles", and "Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius", which were either nominated or won Oscars. In fact Green Lantern: The Animated Series has bee nominated for 2 Annie awards this year (for Best General Audience Animated TV Production, and Music in a Television Production).

I'm really not feeling this "Shrek-Lantern" show. Hell the dialog doesn't even fit into the previous Animated DCU. The scripting is watered down by comparison. I'll hang in there with Young Justice but unfortunately GL is a pass.

Thats awesome.

The last show was great as it teased the coming of sinestro. I'm loving this show.

Show has good writing behind it. Definitely awesome! :)
teagan73 - 3/18/2012, 10:33 AM
Saint Walker, nice! This may be better than I expected.
CeltiC527 - 3/18/2012, 11:10 AM
Awesome! I love where this show is going and can't wait to see what other characters show up.

This animation looks like SHIT.

Too bad they could not animate to the level of quality they have achieved with the story. It's a damn good show, just having problems getting past the amateurish animation.
Super12 - 3/18/2012, 12:53 PM
The writing in this show is incredible so far. animation is a little sad, but that's the direction all cartoons are going now. too bad. Still, great show GL!

I'm really liking the show! I just wish it was 2D animation like everything else in DC's animated universe
DCnerd46 - 3/18/2012, 7:08 PM
Things are only looking better for this show :D I'm glad it seems to be acknowledging the DCU while still staying very focused on Hal Jordan
thouzand - 3/20/2012, 11:11 AM
We might as well stop trashing everything that has cgi animation. It's here and 2D handrawn animation is on the way out. It's a tool just like pen and ink. Some just use it better than others. GL rocks imo.
adam430k - 3/23/2012, 8:18 AM
Uh..that was NOT Hawkman. Hawkman was not in this clip at all.
This show is great. The animation is great. People need to stop hating. If you don't like the job this show is doing, become an animator and do it better instead of complaining.
