After years of languishing in film development, Y: The Last Man is being developed as a TV series from FX.  This news comes the very next day after it was revealed that The Boys, another, long-languishing comic-to-film adaptation was also headed to TV.  Nina Jacobson and Brad Simpson are developing as producers.  Vaughn will also be involved with the show as a producer and writer.

Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen, who are developing Preacher for AMC and shopping The Boys around to other cable networks, previously stated that if Preacher didn't work out at AMC they were going after Y: The Last Man next.
