Billie Lourd's role in Star Wars: The Force Awakens is still being kept a secret by LucasFilm. However, Lourd did confirm to People Magazine that she's not playing General Leia's daughter in the film. However, Lourd's character is definitely rocking a very Princess Leia-esque hairstyle in the still so perhaps she's playing a young Princess Leia in a flashback. Fans have theorized that the film will recount Leia's rise to General in the Rebel Alliance and that Lourd's role to portray Leia in those scenes.

For now, Lourd's role remains a secret but we now know what her character looks like.
