The Gambit film starring Channing Tatum is still very much happening. Though it won't meet its 2016 release date, filming is reportedly scheduled to start in March.  Gambit was originally slated to start filming last November and arrive in North American theaters on October 7,2016. However, after director Rupert Wyatt dropped out the project Fox pushed back the start of filming to find a replacement. Though there's been no official word from Fox, producer Simon Kinberg recently confirmed that the film's release date would be pushed to 2017 . Doug Liman is expected to replace Wyatt in the director's chair.

At last night's Golden Globe Awards, fashion experts were bewildered by Tatum's haircut, not realizing that he's preparing for his role as everyone's favorite, Cajun X-Men.
