Arrow season 4 returns from midseason hiatus on January 20th with episode 10, titled "Blood Debts". In the trailer above, it's not clear if Oliver Queen is "The Hood' or 'Green Arrow'. Is it out for justice or revenge? Will Felicity's death (or serious injury) cause Queen to regress back to the killer he once was?
THE AFTERMATH — Oliver (Stephen Amell) must deal with the devastating consequences of Darhk’s (guest star Neal McDonough) last attack. Seeking revenge, Oliver goes on a brutal manhunt looking for Dahrk. Jesse Warn directed the episode written by Oscar Balderrama & Sarah Tarkoff.
