I froze on that shot of Dredd knocking that woman through the glass that people say is a Spoiler. It doesn't look like she has Ma-Ma's scars and looks more like that other woman that dude in the yellow shirt is beating in the Slo-Mo sequence.

That footage looks great, loving dredd on the bike

Is this out on the 7th in the UK?

The shot of Anderson and Dredd - almost at the end of the featurette - is reversed!

I get a slight Star Wars vibe from some of the clips. I know Dredd 3D was made on a very small budget but the uniform and the weapon really add to the sci-fi look (even the modern day vehicles don't seem quite as jarring when you see Dredd racing past them).

Urban walking straight to the camera (38 seconds) could the most iconic scene from the film. I think Dredd 3D will capture the true essence of Judge Dredd - the actual character - but time will tell if the storyline is strong enough to distance it from films like The Raid and Die Hard.

@Cipher from the beginning mate :)

Think this movie looks brilliant, it is basically the comics in film, and folks if we all go watch this it will only get better in sequels from where ive heard the director wants to go with this! Second best CBM of 2012 in my opinion can't wait!

Judge Dredd Casefiles 4 0r 5 ,they are old classics and will give you a good background introduction then you could perhaps have a look at Total War and America,The Pit,Tour of Duty save Origins for last :)

@Danbojohnj definitley agree to leave origins to last. think somebody new to dredd might get that first but that would be a big mistake. it was almost like a reward for me origins
Danbojohnj - 8/31/2012, 9:48 AM
Yeah, they should read everything available before they even go there, just spoiling it.

Midnight Surfer is another cracker to read,Casefiles 9 I think.

Dredd looks like it's going to be better than 1995's Judge Dredd.
