Michael Bay DOES NOT Want Mark Wahlberg For TRANSFORMERS 4

Coming straight from Bay's mouth, the director sets things straight on the rumor that Wahlberg could star in Transformers 4. For now, the project remains shrouded in secrecy.

Said Bay:
"The Mark Wahlberg T4 rumor is just a rumor. Mark and I are talking about another film project." So let speculation about one project end, and speculation about another project begin.


So far the facts are that sales of toys by Hasbro were down coming off the last Transformers film and the shareholders are speculating that it was due to the fact that there were no new Autobots introduced in the film. Besides this point, everything else we've heard thus far has been rumor. It's rumored that the next film will feature a new female lead and that while Shia LaBeuf will not be returning a few supporting actors from the trilogy could return in some capacity. With the heavy VFX required for the film and a June 2014 release date we should receive more concrete news sooner rather than later.

Actually, there were plenty of new Autobots. They each got about 30 seconds of screentime and less than half of them got new toys, while we got five different paint jobs on the same damn Bumblebee figure.

I will never ever understand why people hate bay so much I believe his transformers movies are actually good and climatic I am a big fan of G1 but c'mon guys do we really want think the other public who watch TF gives a shit about our G1 fantasies I would say it's not bay's fault but the company who tries to please the general public and not the 30 year old nerds, that is why bay makes all the fights climatic so we can actually like it but it seems we are still small minded smh

Guys, I get that most of you hate Michael Bay's Transformers film series, but why do you all have to insult the taste and intelligence of those of us who do? (not pointing out a specific moment but it does seem to happen anytime an article involving this film series appears)

Michael Bay should've been done with Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon. It ended off the trilogy right as far as the Bay era of Transformers is finally done. I am tired of his crap, please reboot and bring a new director and producer

Yep, there were not new Autobots introduced in the movie. Except for the red Ferrari, 'Dino'. Other than that, no new ones. Oh, and Brains, the little guy that turned into a laptop. Other than those two, no new Autobots. Oh and Sentinel Prime of course. Other than that, no new Autobots. Oh, oh, and the 3 wreckers, but other than those 6 definitely no new Autobots. No sir. So in total 1 more new Autobots than total Autobots in the first movie, but clearly no new ones. No new decepticons either, except for the new ones that were new.
