You've seen how the 'people' voted now check out what the critics thought of 2012's best films and performances. Unsurprisingly, the critics went in a completely different direction.

Favorite On-Screen Chemistry: Jennifer / Josh / Liam, The Hunger Games.

I guess iron rusting is chemistry too...
marvel54 - 1/11/2013, 3:29 AM
go emma
SageMode - 1/11/2013, 3:29 AM
Wait, i thought Chris Hemsworth won for favorite action movie star, not RDJr.
WhoDaFoo - 1/11/2013, 3:30 AM
Favorite Movie Franchise: The Hunger Games

...wtf?! There's only 1 movie released, they have the next three years to win that award! Ughh undeserved...at least it wasn't Twiligh Saga
TheSensationalSpiderman - 1/11/2013, 3:31 AM
The Hunger Games really? Atleast Robert Downey Jr won favorite movie superhero.
Jollem - 1/11/2013, 3:34 AM

Wow...this list though?

Wow...

ManOfKrypton - 1/11/2013, 3:43 AM
Which people voted for The Hunger Games? Are they Retarded?

Ahead of both TDKR and The Avengers... Seriously? F**king Bullshit!!!!!!!

There's no way that The Hunger games was the people's FAVOURITE Film!
BrotherStarkofMABMindz - 1/11/2013, 3:53 AM
[frick] The Hunger Games
nerdygeek12 - 1/11/2013, 3:56 AM
Reading that list, I honestly put my head in my hand in shame. Its embarrassing to think actual everyday people voted and got them results. There's no hope for humanity, if they have poor taste like this. The part that got me, was this:
Favorite Comedic Movie Actor
Adam Sandler
&
Dramatic Movie Actor
Zac Efron - P.s his not that bad, but come on over them guys. well its understandable he won over "Chinning" Tatum.

Notable mention to the damn hunger games winning over avengers and tkdr in every think, specially in the best movie.

usclerkguy - 1/11/2013, 4:08 AM
Congrats to Castle and Nathan Fillion!
marvel72 - 1/11/2013, 4:26 AM
the hunger games sucked balls, nolanites should of been in the fan following.

this is what happens when you give teenage girls the power to vote.
NeoBaggins - 1/11/2013, 4:57 AM
Adam Sandler?
Warcam - 1/11/2013, 5:12 AM
Yeah....congratulations to the Teen Choice, I mean, "People's" Choice winners.
RPD - 1/11/2013, 5:20 AM
You can tell by how many awards Hunger Games got what "people" did the choosing...
Hando99 - 1/11/2013, 5:27 AM
Best Comedy Actor and Actress Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston??? Were these results mixed up with 2003's or soemthing? They both just make the same film over and over again people are dumb.
TheIconicMan - 1/11/2013, 5:39 AM
The Hunger Games better than The Avengers and TDKR?

Oh, ok People's Choice Awards, you just lost my respect.
retr0g0dfather - 1/11/2013, 5:45 AM
This list proves that "chicks run the polls" lol!
Mpoufi21 - 1/11/2013, 5:58 AM
Hunger games..Hunger games everywhere..! :/ I didn't like this movie and it's definitely not as good as the Avengers..Disappointing
Shadowelfz - 1/11/2013, 5:58 AM
It's no surprise Hunger Games won big. One Direction and Katy Perry won a lot of awards too so that shows the quality of the voters demographic.
Promoman - 1/11/2013, 6:26 AM
Wow!

When Adam Sandler wins best comedic actor, well you know it was morons that voted the most.

I mean Jimmy Fallen as best host? Seriously, [frick]ing Jimmy Fallen? Maybe one of the most annoying and unfunny men working in hollywood.

True Blood? The show that has turned shit the last three seasons wins haha! Over Game of Thrones?

Super Natural wins over Walking Dead?

Hunger Games was good, I enjoyed it and my girlfriend adores it, hell it's her favorite thing but even she admitted little teeny boppers voted and she said Avengers was by far the superior film.

Even though I'm glad Robert Downey Jr and Hemsworth won, I can't count this list.

I shit upon this list and spit at thee!
Godzillafart - 1/11/2013, 6:35 AM
Hmmm! Avengers got three! I'm gonna go buy my wife the Batgirl Sleep-set!
Hobgobby8821 - 1/11/2013, 6:42 AM
was this shown on TV?
AlexRival - 1/11/2013, 6:46 AM
Ian Somerholder has his own show?
reverendjonnynemo - 1/11/2013, 6:54 AM
The voters are clearly 12 year old girls.
OptimusPrimeTime - 1/11/2013, 7:50 AM
RDJ FTW!!

Did anybody else notice how much they put the camera on him while he was sitting in the audience.

You can tell everybody loves that guy, and he damn well knows it.

RDJ makes being famous look good.
JDUKE25 - 1/11/2013, 8:39 AM
And you thought the Oscars were bad lmao....this is terrible.
OptimusPrimeTime - 1/11/2013, 8:42 AM
Oh ya...and The Hunger Games nods were crap.
TMW1987ProudProWrestlingFan - 1/11/2013, 10:05 AM
Voters must have been Kids, Women & Virgins.

Hunger Games was good & I enjoyed the movie, but it didn't desrve & shouldn't have won in its catagories here & the franchise one is laughable when only the first movie has been released.

Jennifer Lawarence shouldn't have won the Heroine one either.

It kind of makes the voting looked rigged IMO as there is absolutely no way The Hunger Games could look THAT STRONG over both The Avengers AND TDKR or Jennifer Lawrence having more popularity than Scar Jo AND Anne Hathaway.
Moakynubs - 1/11/2013, 10:24 AM
I thought a lot of the choices for movies were kinda lame... then I got down to the music section and I realized why.
TruePunishment - 1/11/2013, 10:59 AM
Further proving the mass majority of people are stupid.
Maximus101 - 1/11/2013, 12:16 PM
All of the award shows are a joke, the hungar games wins that many different awards? Come on now
Darth258 - 1/11/2013, 12:42 PM

LFANCH - 1/11/2013, 1:01 PM
What the [frick] does 'face of heroism' even mean? And why are all the nominees women?
TheCaptain - 1/11/2013, 1:18 PM
[frick]ing gay ass list lol. How the hell does Hunger Games win best franchise?!? There's only been ONE movie! People's Choice Awards more like Tween Girl Choice Awards. There is no way that many guys voted for HG.
TheGambitFreakIsBatmanOfCBM - 1/11/2013, 2:04 PM
Adam Sandler as best comediac actor of 2012, LOLZ!

Hunger Games for all of those awards, especially action movie?! LOLZ!

Katnip couldn't even learn to hold a damn bow correctly! Had it pulled back for 2 minutes and then aimed it at Peeta Bread's head. LOLZ!

Twilight? LOLZ!

All those shitty artists and bands? LOLZ!

Something tells me the "People" are all 12 pubescent girls and 40 year old women that haven't had a good dicking in months...
oldnoname - 1/11/2013, 3:55 PM
Damn, I love Psych. Also Doctor Who is a damn good show.

Oh and Beaty and the beast won best new show? LMFAO wow
superherofan21 - 1/11/2013, 4:16 PM
Really? Hunger Games? The movie was awful. The book was so much better. Don't understand why Andrew and Emma didn't win for chemistry. And why didn't TDKR or Amazing Spider-Man win anything? Those were great movies! Much better than Hunger Games. Are you sure this is the People's Choice Awards and not the Retarded People's Choice Awards?
