A recent podcast that Jones did with Empire Magazine, touched on a number of topics including Jones' next projects. The actor did not mention Captain America: The Winter Soldier as his next project or that he has a project that he can't talk about. At this juncture, it looks more and more like Arnim Zola may not be in the Captain America sequel. Above, the actor talks working on The Hunger Games: Catching Fire with director Francis Lawrence and Jennifer Lawrence. At the end he does state that he has yet to be contacted about the next Captain America film but he believes that the script is still being sorted out. So, there's a small chance the robotic version of Arnim Zola couls show up in the film but it's definitely small.

I'd imagine they'd ask him back when the Red Skull makes a come back. Third movie maybe.

I don't know if the video game is set in the same continuity, but the robot body appears in the tie-in game.

Wouldn't be weird if all Cap's villains came from the '40's? the average moviegoer would get tired of it.

I'd much rather see baron zemo especially considering he is a big part in the winter soldier storyline from the comics.

I don't know if any of you have played Captain America: Super Soldier (surprisingly good game), but the robot body for Zola that appears in that game would translate perfectly to film.

I really hope Toby does come back.

I hope he comes back for CA:TWS.

@AcidicHeart CA: Super Soldier was the only good superhero movie tie-in game Sega put out. I had a lot of fun with it. The challenge mode was very cool.
