New Concept Art For SNOWPIERCER And Score Snippet
We have more concept art for the post-apocalyptic thriller, Snowpiercer which is based on the French graphic novel Le Transperceneige. Directed by Joon-ho Bong, the film stars Chris Evans, Jamie Bell, Tilda Swinton, Ed Harris and Octavia Spencer.
Snowpiercer is set in a future where, after a failed experiment to stop global warming, an Ice Age kills off all life on the planet except for the inhabitants of the Snowpiercer, a train that travels around the globe and is powered by a sacred perpetual-motion engine. A class system evolves on the train but a revolution brews.
An incredible premise, the film is definitely one to watch. If the first footage impresses this could be a sleeper hit of 2013.
Below, you can check out a snippet of the film's score composed by Marco Beltrami.
AD 2031, the passengers in the train are the only survivors on Earth. The remaining populace have been divided into strict social classes with the poorest at the back of the train and high society at the front.
