Jim Carrey On "Fun" KICK-ASS 2

If you didn't know, Jim Carrey is playing Sal Bertolinni, and ex-Mafia enforcer who is now a costumed vigilante that goes by the name of Colonel Stars and is the leader of the superhero group Justice Forever. In the below interview, Carrey talks a bit about his role in the film.

"It's going to be fun. It's different for me. They called me up and said we want you to play this ex-Mafia enforcer,Sam DeStefano style. So I looked at myself in the mirror and went 'okay, might have to do some work'. I got my own makeup guys together and we just started experimenting and it's amazing how little you have to do to completely change your personality. We came up with a guy that no one is going to recognize as me. It's so far away from anything that you've seen. It's really fun."

Kick-Ass 2 hits U.S. theaters June 28th.

Im really excited for this. I loved the first one and Im hoping the 2nd is just as good. Also a huge Carrey fan since I was at least 6.

WTF is up with a trailer??...no teaser trailer yet?? no nothing...?? come on..ive been waiting to see something...u think they wud of shown a TEASER at least by now...

Well, I recognize him alright! Can't wait to see the movie but Jim Carrey is still Jim Carrey, no matter how much makeup he puts on.

Well they tone down Dave's torture scene, and didnt brake out the car battery. So they might not include that, but something similar.

Damn i cant wait for this movie.
