I think there's no need for a poll this week, the previous episode was just that good! In this latest extended look at the season finale we get a glimpse of who reconciles, who atones and who confesses true feelings. That battle between the Dark Archer and Arrow will definitely be one for the TiVo crowd.

HEROES ARE FORGED AND SACRIFICES MADE IN THIS EPIC SEASON FINALE — Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Diggle (David Ramsey) race to stop the Dark Archer (John Barrowman) from unleashing his vengeance on The Glades. However, they run into a roadblock after Detective Lance (Paul Blackthorne) picks up Felicity for questioning. Tommy (Colin Donnell) and Oliver’s already tumultuous relationship takes a turn for the worse after Oliver makes a confession about Laurel (Katie Cassidy). After hearing of the danger in The Glades, Thea (Willa Holland) races to find Roy (Colton Haynes), inadvertently putting herself directly in the line of fire for Malcolm’s (John Barrowman) devious plan. On the island, Oliver, Slade (Manu Bennett) and Shado (guest star Celina Jade) are locked in a life-or-death struggle against Fyers (guest star Sebastian Dunn) as his missiles lock on a full Ferris Air jetliner. Susanna Thompson also stars. David Barrett directed the episode with the teleplay written by Marc Guggenheim & Andrew Kreisberg and story by Greg Berlanti (#123).

After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island in the Pacific. When he returns home to Starling City, his devoted mother Moira, much-beloved sister Thea, and best friend Tommy welcome him home, but they sense Oliver has been changed by his ordeal on the island. While Oliver hides the truth about the man he’s become, he desperately wants to make amends for the actions he took as the boy he was. Most particularly, he seeks reconciliation with his former girlfriend, Laurel Lance. As Oliver reconnects with those closest to him, he secretly creates the persona of Arrow – a vigilante – to right the wrongs of his family, fight the ills of society, and restore Starling City to its former glory. By day, Oliver plays the role of a wealthy, carefree and careless philanderer he used to be – flanked by his devoted chauffeur/bodyguard, John Diggle – while carefully concealing the secret identity he turns to under cover of darkness. However, Laurel’s father, Detective Quentin Lance, is determined to arrest the vigilante operating in his city. Meanwhile, Oliver’s own mother, Moira, knows much more about the deadly shipwreck than she has let on – and is more ruthless than he could ever imagine.

I think it's Tommy in the suit at the rooftop scene.the voice, the eyes... something tells me it's him, but I might be wrong.

Can't Freakin Wait! Such an incredible story line mix with the right amount of drama.

My predictions are Ollie's mom dies, Tommy does not become the Dark Archer, Malcolm lives but is taken to Super Max or Strykers Island, & Oliver gets off the island for some time in the end. The actor that plays Tommy is much better with a serious personality than he is playing the comedic type.

Some more Arrow Action!

In one shot the Dark Archer's eye brows looks like Tommy's.Wonder if he trades places with his dad for the finale fight or takes over after his dad is killed or locked up?Either way it's going to be epic.

I actually feel bad for Tommy. It seemed like Oliver was setting Tommy straight, and then all of sudden... R'Kelly music, and bongo drums.

But I understand, that they are setting him up to be the villain. I just wished they would do it in a way that doesn't make Oliver look like a dick.

Seems Felicity maybe talking to Detective Lance about what the Hood is really doing. That hot assistant of Laurel's seems to be back. More eye candy. Ollie's mom confessing her sins to the city. That really is not gonna go so well for her.Roy may get his first taste of actually being something more. SO much to look forward to from this preview and none of it even had flashback scenes in it.

I just thought of something? What if...What if Malcom is Oliver's father. Something about Malcom and Moria makes me think that could be the case.

It seems like they were more then just friends at one point. And the way she just basically told Robert she didn't want to hear about him having an affair kind of says something.

It's unlikely that is the case...but not impossible.

No it is impossible that Malcolm is Oliver's father. It brings nothing to the show and reeks of Smallville nonsense. I will not have it, not here!

@storyteller And that's probably the reaction the writers would love to get out of their fans.

Because sometimes good writing is doing something that NOBODY would expect.

I don't think they should do that, but it would be interesting and I wouldn't go monkey over it.

I'm hoping that stuff starts going crazy in the aftermath, so Oliver continues being the vigilante. But Ted Kord sees theres too much crime so he becomes the Blue Beetle, and everyone loves him, so Oliver decides to be more public to and takes the name Green Arrow

Here's my take:

The machine goes off, but Oliver's able to stop it before it reaches critical mass, so there's mass anarchy, but the Glades isn't destroyed.

Moira goes public around then and during her announcement, she sort of clears "the vigilante" by saying he had been working against them.

During the chaos in the Glades, Oliver is seen quite publicly doing heroic things. Also during the fracas, the police, in order to delineate between the two "Arrows", begin referring to them based on their weapons of choice. "Green Arrow" and "Black Arrow".

Moira dies. Harper finds and helps "Green Arrow".

Green Arrow kills Black Arrow, and Tommy's turn to the Dark Side is complete. By the end of the episode, he vows revenge on Oliver and joins whoever the mysterious woman was whose leg we saw when Fyers called her after shooting Yao Fei.

Boom.

I have a theory. The woman on the phone with Fyers.
She had Christian LeBoutin shoes with a RED sole, and a hint of a red dress. IT'S ROULETTE!!!

The mystery is who is the man that Merlyn is talking about? Yes, we saw a woman, but Merlyn said he met a man.

Most likely this woman is working for that man. I hope it's Vandal Savage.
