I think Del Torro's the best choice, but he'll be so busy I doubt he'll find time to do it anytime soon.
Verbinski isn't a bad choice either.

Nice choices. What about the actor for the title role? Whoever stars could have effect on choice of director and vice versa. Such as Gore Verbinksi and Johnny Depp.

Sommers is a pretty decent director the problem with G I Joe IMO was casting Channing Tatum as Duke.

But now that Intruder says it, if there were some magic machine that could conjure up movies that never were, I would TOTALLY love the hell out of a Terry Gilliam "Dr. Strange" movie.

Considering what David Yates did with the last two Harry Potter movies I would have to choose him.

Out of the list above i wouldnt mind del Toro to do this movie BUT i would love to see the Wachoski Brothers take on a Dr Starnge Movie as well. u knw i dont hear of them that much in these forums kinda sad beceause they have the potential to make a [frick]in brillient CBM. Its Funny how they have also worked with Marvel Comics some years ago. Just look at the matrix [frick]in amazing Story and then an amazing final fight in part 3 with some damn epic music in the background. Sht these guys could even have the skills to pull off an Epic DBZ movie unlike that garbage that came out a while back.
THATS HOW GOOD THEY ARE!
