The behind the scenes look at DC Animation's next animate film Justice League Doom is now online. The video was up loaded to Youtube and found thanks to The Blog of Oa. It gives us a good look behind the scenes at voice actors, crew members, as well as shows some new footage.

Here is the synopsis for Justice League: Tower of Babel that Justice League Doom is based on:

Batman's greatest rival, Ra's al Ghul continues his quest to save Earth from humanity by thinning the ranks of the human populace. But after being thwarted over and over again, Ra's seeks to distract Batman by stealing the bodies of his dead parents while he enacts his nefarious plot. And to insure that Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, the Flash and the rest of the JLA do not interfere with his plans, he individually defeats each of the heroes using strategies developed by Batman himself! And when the League learn of his betrayal, they look to expel the Dark Knight from their ranks.

Justice League Doom comes out in Spring of 2012!

GiftedYoungster - 11/5/2011, 11:18 AM
@TheGODDAMNSUPERGUY

Definitely got to agree.

Never really felt anything for Hal.
Stewart was one of my favorite things about the JLA show.
thegame1523 - 11/5/2011, 11:35 AM
tower of babel as a movie is gonna be sick. i hope they supes with his transparent skin
MaddMonkk - 11/5/2011, 11:41 AM
Is it just me or does Daly, Lumby and Fillion look the like the characters they play.Talk about fancast. and Alan Scott is the orginal green lantern, not Stewart or Jordan.
rbfn04 - 11/5/2011, 12:05 PM
@Superguy c'mon man, stop hating on the classics. ;)
Thablaqkgoat - 11/5/2011, 12:23 PM
Glad to see Rosenbaum as Flash again, I think he has that personality and voice so well. I absolutely love this cast haha
FlixMentallo21 - 11/5/2011, 12:50 PM
Really looking forward to this movie, but still wish they used Wally West, Kyle Rayner, Aquaman, and Plastic Man to get at least a little more of a nod to the original story. I would've recast Scott Rummel (who played Aquaman on Justice League) and Rosenbaum back as Wally, but for a sense of newness, maybe Zachary Levi as Kyle Rayner and Chris Parnell from SNL as Plastic Man.
bixby4u - 11/5/2011, 1:07 PM
Why don't people understand that this list of Justice League members is the original line-up. I personally think it's the best. I love Stewart and Wally, but these are the characters that I really want to see.
CeltiC527 - 11/5/2011, 1:09 PM
This is lookn awsome! Im glad Fillion is back as Hal.
elcaballerooscuro92 - 11/5/2011, 1:14 PM
carl lumby's voice is very peaceful
marvelguy - 11/5/2011, 1:31 PM
It's always good when the use the "Justice League" series actors. The only risk they run is leaving it open-ended or not enough action; such as "Earth One."
themayer88 - 11/5/2011, 1:36 PM
great find! this looks great cant wait to see it!!!
Freshkicks1212 - 11/5/2011, 1:39 PM
DC always make the best animated movies, Batman year one was so awesome. and this looks awesome too. The only thing i hate about them is that they are too short. MARVEL WHY YOU NO MAKE ANIMATED MOVIES NO MORE???? :(
spiderneil - 11/5/2011, 1:41 PM
even after the debacle of the green lantern movie, hal jordon is still being shoved down everyone's throat even though he is by far the most dull lantern going. it should have been steward or kyle.
SLEDGE - 11/5/2011, 1:47 PM
Thank god that they went with Hal Jordan as Green Lantern. This movie is going to rock!
AK47 - 11/5/2011, 1:52 PM
Looks cool, art looks swift n fresh too that along other the story n it should b a fun watch
MJPETTY7 - 11/5/2011, 2:15 PM
yes! I cannot wait! Greatest movie cast ever!
UnscrupalousSmurf - 11/5/2011, 2:17 PM
Who knew that the idea of the Legion of Doom from the original Super Friends show would be so enduring? I loved the Super Friends and I’m happy to see that it had such an effect on the world of DC and WB animation today.
headlopper - 11/5/2011, 2:27 PM
Will buy this.
Freshkicks1212 - 11/5/2011, 2:28 PM
@knossis WTF are you mad, where have you been living under a rock for the past 20 years or are you just a damm 6 year old. KEVIN CONROY IS THE BATMAN!!! greatest batman animated voice ever, I will even go as far to say as the person who has done the best portrayal of Batman period. Dont you dare insult him with such a stupid comment.
PaulRom - 11/5/2011, 2:56 PM
Looks like the best Justice League film to date. Can't wait.
PaulRom - 11/5/2011, 2:57 PM
Oh, and I definitely consider Kevin Conroy to be the best Batman yet, even moreso than Christian Bale.
DoomXfactor - 11/5/2011, 3:56 PM
AWESOME ALL STAR CAST!!!!!
thewolfx - 11/5/2011, 4:06 PM
TIM DAILY FTW!!!!!!

batmans still a dick
toekneemango - 11/5/2011, 4:18 PM
The first preview of this, I'll admit, I had my reservations. This just calmed those fears if not just from the cast itself.
Reverend - 11/5/2011, 4:25 PM
@Froggy The original HUMAN Green Lantern was Alan Scott, followed by Hal Jordan. Jon Stewart didn't become a Green Lantern until after those two.
Freshkicks1212 - 11/5/2011, 4:25 PM
@TheGODDAMNSUPERGUY Yeah Hal Jordon is lame!!...i dont get his personality, too boring. I will much rather John Stewart or even Guy Gardener.
Freshkicks1212 - 11/5/2011, 4:29 PM
@Reverend But i also get your point too, If they want to stay true to the timeline in the comics. But they can still create their own continuity like most other DC animated media. In all this doesn't affect me. Im just happy to get to see the animated material.
ComicBookMoron - 11/5/2011, 4:44 PM
You know why a lot of DC live action movies suck? Its because the animation creative people aren't involved in them.
airbeyonder18 - 11/5/2011, 4:55 PM
@ComicBookMoron: Well said. An article was up a few weeks ago saying Bruce Timm should try writing DC's movies.
HellsHammer - 11/5/2011, 6:20 PM
@knossis
You can add me as the third member of that Kevin Conroy is Really Batman Fan Club. and Im sure there are plenty more people DC and Marvel Fanboys alike that would agree.
Alvahnomicron - 11/5/2011, 6:46 PM
@Knossis:
I think, but there's no way to be certain, that what we're hearing during the "Alfred get the..." and, "by ME!", is a person other than Kevin Conroy reading the dialogue. Just doesn't sound anything like KC, even his natural voice differs from that...
WhyDoWeFall - 11/5/2011, 7:04 PM
They use Wally West! Rosenbaum cemented West as my favorite flash! I couldn't be more elated! conroy, Daly, Eisenberg, Lumbly and Rosenbaum? This means my childhood is reborn! Long live the classics!
Jagfan28 - 11/5/2011, 8:14 PM
Voice actors are awesome!
EarOne - 11/5/2011, 8:24 PM
NO. this is NOT the original JLA lineup. the Flash is Wally instead of Barry. and there's no Aquaman.

and NO. this is NOT the original JL (toon series) lineup, either. the green lantern is Hal Jordan, not John Stewart.

THIS is the lineup as a result of compromise between DC's new regime leader, Geoff Johns and Bruce Timm (thus, we have both Hal Jordan and Wally West, in the lineup).

i hope this will be in a par with JL: Crisis on Two Earths and the ol' JL and JLI toon series. speaking of which, didn't Rosenbaum voice Flash in Crisis? and did Tim Daly voice Superman in the original toon series?? didn't he just voice superman in the SOLO superman toon series, but not the justice league series..?? i forgot.

oh, well...lookin forward to this.
CBMfan001 - 11/5/2011, 9:23 PM
you know i always believed what batman did was right, the JL can be a very powerful force for good but given something or someone breaks it could get equally nasty.so having a backup plan is a brilliant idea,i would do that too been a ordinary person myself.so batman been brilliant as he is is no surprise that he thought of this.

I loved the earlier JL animated feature crisis on two earths, one of my all time favorites, must have watched it more than 10 times now,i always love to see the entire league coming up like this, this looks promising.

and really really glad that the entire team is back and that they have added Nathan Fillion as Hal Jordan who is the coolest greatest GL ever, now the entire team is brilliant.
Action - 11/5/2011, 11:50 PM
@TheGODDAMNSUPERGUY-Are you just kidding? because Batman does not care about being equal with the rest of the powerful members of justice league. He is someone who likes to plan ahead in case there is an incident. The incident he is planning for is the possibility of one of the powerful members going rouge or being controlled.
Action - 11/5/2011, 11:54 PM
I love Tim Daily voice as Superman. He did such a great job on superman: tas.
Tainted87 - 11/6/2011, 8:19 AM
They look so enthused.....

This'll be Red Box for me. Conroy sounds tired. I hope that first line that knossis picked up on was just a rehearsal, because wow... what happened? I mean to me, Kevin Conroy IS Batman, and if he disappoints, then where are we?
ClarkFarley2012 - 11/6/2011, 8:40 AM
I'll be getting this. Might have to get this comic to understand the story.
Action - 11/6/2011, 10:40 AM
@ClarkFarley2012- Definitely read the graphic novel, the movie will not be the same.
marvelwienr - 11/6/2011, 3:01 PM
wen does it come out????
and man i wish they would make a flash animates movie. *sigh* it seems like if you dont have a movie coming out your screwed.
Tevii - 11/7/2011, 6:40 AM
@skullgmo44 - what do you mean "original" Green Lantern? Were you wanting Alan Scott? That would be amazing to see in a movie.
Because if your talking in terms of GL Corps. Hal Jordan is the original
Reverend - 11/7/2011, 1:07 PM
@Froggy:

I know this isn't the time since you're already Geek-Butthurt:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Green_Lanterns#Yalan_Gur

Give that a read please.
Batman5 - 11/10/2011, 12:43 PM
This is going to be tooo AWESOME!!!
hatrick3 - 11/15/2011, 10:17 AM
I prefer John Stewart. He was one of the best characters on JLU. I guess they're forced to go w/ Hal Jordan due to DC attempting to develope a GL movie franchise. Always liked Hawkgirl on the old series too. Be nice to see her brought back for one of these animated films.
