Aaron Muñoz's PR team has announced that he, along with Raymond James, have joined the case of AMC's hit TV show The Walking Dead. Muñoz will be playing Tony who along with James' character are two new survivors that enter the world of Rick and the gang and may not have the best of intentions. Muñoz(left) and James(right) were featured in the newest clip from when the shows return, titled Nebraska which you can see below.

Muñoz has appeared in the film Cadillac Records as the man who fired Chuck Berry. No Word on the name of James' character or how long each actor will be involved with the show. Executive Producer Robert Kirkman did offer this up about the characters though, "I don't want to reveal too much but I would say that it would be fairly unusual for those two people to be out there alone…Anyone who's familiar with the comic book series knows that while the zombies are threatening and terrifying and do represent a tremendous amount of danger for our characters, nothing compares to the danger that humans hold for each other." Make sure you check CBM daily for any updates regarding The Walking Dead which will return February 12, 2012 on AMC.

So either the Governor's men or the human cannibals?

If they are the cannibals, that was fast.

i cant help but feel like these guys picked up the first book, read half of it, and then said [frick] it lets use these characters but make up our own stories.

these guys being the writers of course

Hopefully it's some of the Governor's men as a prelude to next season dealing with the Governor.

Speaking of:

Clifton Collins Jr.=The Governor

@luckylu I was a bit off-put by the different direction the show has taken at first, but I kind of dig it. Reason being I'd rather not know what's going to happen next instead of knowing when each death and each new appearance was going to happen.

They've basically been using the comic as a rough outline since after the first or second episode.

Gonna go with Cannibals.

Raymond James is a great actor...loved him in True Blood and also Terriers....wish they would have renewed that show...

POSSIBLE SPOILERS-------

I like the cannibals angle, but crazy ass shane will kill these wack-o's with two bullets, well....unless he dies like he did in the comic. Which would be waaaay better if it happened now as opposed to how quickly he was killed off in the comic.

I love to hate Shane, but I wonder if that's the writing or the acting or both. He's such a whack job...Maybe he will join the cannibals and just leave the show for good...

Looks like they've snagged themselves a Hurley... :D

By the way, I had trouble finding "Raymond James' on IMDB, but his name is actually Michael Raymond-James -for those also having trouble finding out who the actor is..
(the bad guy from 1st season of true blood)

Seeing as Kirkman is the producer & wrote the episode vatos I'm pretty sure the writers did more then read the first book

Im glad the show goes off from the comics otherwise you already know what happens

it is different but still feels true to the series and what could have happened
