The G.I. Joe Retaliation Facebook Page has released a new official still shot from the movie. The image showcases General Joe Colton played by Bruce Willis with Lady Jaye, Adrianna Palicki, in the background. The shot is similar to the previous one of Lady Jaye that was released about a week ago. Check the image out below.

A follow-up to the 2009 release of G.I. JOE: RISE OF THE COBRA, which grossed over $300M worldwide, Paramount Pictures, MGM and Skydance Productions, in association with HASBRO and di Bonaventura Pictures, commences production on G.I. JOE: RETALIATION. In this sequel, the G.I. Joes are not only fighting their mortal enemy Cobra; they are forced to contend with threats from within the government that jeopardize their very existence.

G.I. JOE Retaliation stars D.J. Cotrona, Byung-hun Lee, Ray Park, Adrianne Palicki, Jonathan Pryce, RZA, Ray Stevenson, Channing Tatum, Bruce Willis, Dwayne Johnson, and will be released on June 29, 2012.

So I'm lookin forward to this one. And go Die Hard 5! Filming in Russia.
As for who wants to see a 56 yr old bad@ss? I DO!! I weep for the day that Bruce and Harrison are replaced by Rogan and Hill.

Sam Jackson is 60 something and I would still bet he'll woop an ass. Willis and Jackson are 2 of the only old action stars that hold up well, and are still believable and fun to see in a scrap.

Looking forward to this movie so much more than any of the other summer films! Bruce Willis will always be a bad ass until the day he dies. Dwayne Johnson (Roadblock) is perfectly cast for a Joe as well as Ray Stevenson (Firefly) as a member of Cobra. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the rumors are true and that they killed off Tatum (Duke) so that going forward, we can get someone that actually resembles the character in a plausible way.
