New Mattel Toy Shows Off The First Official Look At Faora From MAN OF STEEL

While we have seen her in blurry set photos, we haven't really got a good look at Faora, one of the upcoming villains in Man Of Steel. Now, Mattel has debuted the first look at here via their Movie Masters toy collection. Click here to check it out!

Toy Fair 2013 has been going on this week, and we have gotten some good looks at toys from upcoming movies that will be released this Summer. Man of Steel has been featured prominently at the Fair with Warner Brothers looking to get publicity for the film by cross promoting with toys. Mattel will be creating a line of toys for the film in their Movie Masters collection, and they have debuted Superman, Zod, and Jor-El. Now, they have given our friends over at MTV Geek the first look at Faora. Check it out below!

Antje Traue plays Faora, who will assist General Zod as main baddie in the film. Plot details on how the two's relationship will be in the movie are fuzzy at this point in time. The figure its self will be on sale in June for $14.99. You can see Man Of Steel when it hit theaters June 14th of this year.

Or maybe the women of Krypton don't wear the house crest, we'll just have to wait and see.

Antje could be Henry's sister, they look too much alike.

From what we've seen of Jor-El, Zod and Krypton, it seems their giving a Krypton a more superior/regal look than we've seen before; that shit's cool

@ darthbanon - First of all, Nth is only found on Thanaga, her armor is Kryptonian by nature.

Second of all, I'd rather not have WB [frick] up Man of Steel with pointless cameos. So...no.

How does the statement "if she isn't hot she is a lesbo" imply xenophobia? Do you know what a xenophobe actually is or just randomly found a cool word and threw it out there? Cause if anything it's an implication of a stereotype that an unattractive woman must be a butch lesbian, not that people have a fear of something foreign.

Huh... Nothing very alien or advanced about her character design. Even the Asgardians looked more futuristic than that. She looks like she stepped out of "Snow White and the Huntsman" or something. Why are Kryptonians so antiquated looking?

You know, those boots actually look like the one in the scene where Superman is getting beaten from the trailer. and there was a rumor that she gives him a good beaten in movie. a bloody one at that.

Uhhhhh, I haven't really seen much of Antje Traue, but I highly doubt her jawline is THAT squared! GOD! She looks like a guy!

But interesting suit design, lots of detail.

Antje has a strong, square jaw and sharp cheeks but still is very feminine and easy on the eyes.

This figure looks like a somewhat androgynous man cosplaying her. :-/

I'm not a huge fan of Superman in general, but I really can't wait for this movie. Maybe I'll even get the Movie Masters line to go with my Dark Knight Movie Masters.

Well, for a supervillain, she has great taste in movies.
