Oliver Queen is about to have another ally in his fight against crime in Starling City as Roy Harper (Colton Haynes) will finally suit up as Arsenal in season three of Arrow. The character was injected with Mirakuru last year and began training with The Arrow before being cured and joining him in his fight against Deathstroke. However, in the seven months between season two and three, Roy obviously completes that training as we see him in costume here as his comic book alter ego.
