"I disagree. Since the MCU started I would say their core heroes have become much more well known and recognised but they are still some way behind Bats and Supes as being iconic and universally known. And whilst I do agree Marvel paved the way for cross-movie shared universe type stuff, the fact Batman and Superman have had several individual films and yet never crossed over makes this all the more special.I get what you're saying but these are the two biggest superheroes in the world, together for the first time. That, to me at least, makes it historic"
