HELL NO! We need Downey to fight the real Mandarin in Iron Man 4 and the film is more likely to happen in 2020 because RDJ is gonna need plenty of time to rest before he reprises his role. Ty Simpkins would return but only as a sidekick who provides Tony with some cool new gadgets and new Iron Man armor that he would use against the actual Mandarin of the Ten Rings and his accomplices

Do this like a Batman Beyond type story, have Tony send out a scholarship to the kid to attend NYU or some New York college heck even make up the Stark Institute for the movie. Then have Tony ask the kid if he would take over as iron man because he is getting to old

Marvel wants Spider-man back... They've been talking to Sony about it... Andrew Garfield (and his whole Spider-universe) is looking uncertain at best... This kid is rumoured to have a multi-pic deal and is starting at 17... The same age Spider-man was when HE started...

Robert Downy Jr. IS Iron Man! Anyways, I saw the child actor cheering on RDJ at the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards as he accepted the award for favorite male buttkicker. RDJ gave a passionate speech and it's clear that' playing Iron Man changed his life for the better. I'm pretty sure he would continue playing Iron Man for the minimum wage if he had to. I can't imagine anyone else as Tony Stark/ Iron Man. When you look at cinematic history, Robert Downey Jr. and Iron Man will forever be linked like Christopher Reves/Superman, Harrison Ford/ Indiana Jones, Daniel Radcliffe/Harry Potter among many more.
